took extra amount for hotel

This firm had cheated us by promising an adorable stay for our trip to manali last week in a 3 star hotel (For hotel jessica, original name shri om sainath hotel). They charged us extra for providing us a 3 star hotel. But it was just a very ordinary tourist hotel. Infact hotel manager charged us forcily extra thousand rupee for new year party though we were not interested. He said it is mandatory & your trip advisor must tell you about this....

Holiday 7 cheated us.. It took payment before and dint even show the places that are in our package.. My office mates also planned to visit manali thru holiday 7.. Bt i strongly suggested them that holiday 7 people just cheat people and are very rude.. I m also going to file a case in consumer court on it.. I suggest every one not to book any packages in holiday 7.....

I have booked the tour through mr. Kapil sharma, he send me hotel voucher n driver detail for manali and shimla trip, but when we arrived at manali, driver started to mis behave and demanded all the money in advance, we had already paid more than half amount in 1 day so we refused n talked to mr. I am not agree for cancellation rule for tour & given insufficient amount
