I ordered a above mentioned product on 15th july which was supposed to delivered on 5th aug. But they rescheduled it for 8th aug. But they didn't deliver on any of the above mentioned dates and said that they will try to deliver again on 16th aug. So i requested to cancel the order on 8th aug evening which they actually cancelled on 10th aug. They said that i will get my money back with 7-10 business days. But i haven't received it till today. They are very unprofessional in all departments and none of them have a updated status on the refund. I have already called them more than 10 times regarding the order, delivery and now for the refund. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
