I bought a sofa from home centre on 19th aug 2018, phoneix mall, bangalore i nearly waited for a month to get the delivery (19th sep 2018) and that too a wrong product. I raised a complaint with them (20th sep 2018) and its nearly been a month that i have not received any response from them.

The customer care centre is just for the name sake and they have no clue on the customer's complain. Each time you call up they will give a different answer. The store people (Manager - diwakar) are so irresponsible and they dont care to give update and follow up on customer's complain.
They are big time fraudsters. I would recommend people to choose a brand which gives good customer care service rather than a big brand who just takes away customer's hard earn money

I know Home Centre is a big time cheating company. For last 2 months they have cheated me with Rs 2 lacs. Now I am on the verge of sending them a legal notice to get my money back with compensation for using public money and harassing innocent consumers, as the consumer forums mail to them did not worked.
