Home Centre — Non delivery of products - refusing to send me my products

ORDER # [protected]

I had placed an online order for Rs. 18217/- on the homecentre.in for 11 items. I received all the items except for 2 bath mats. Attached proofs of purchase.

The below 2 products have not been delivered to me.

- Spaces Exotica Tufted Anti Slip Bath Mat (Black)
- Spaces Exotica Tufted Anti Slip Bath Mat (Blue)

I had house interiors (extensive tiling work and the FedEx person, you can check with them, they delivered my items but due to dust and dirt in my house, I didn't open the packages till Friday) and I found out that i received everything except the 2 bath mats.

FedEx tracking number is[protected]. In this package i received a Bedsheet/ 2 sets of Pillow covers/3 cushions & 4 table mats. But both the spaces Bath mats were missing.

Immediately I called the customer care on [protected] and complained about the same.

My ticket # 1540364 was issued by Mr. Syed from the the customer care on Friday, 13th August 2021.

After couple of follow up on Saturday/Monday with the customer care, I didn't get any response.

On Tuesday, 17th August 2021, one Ms. Saba from the customer care - Escalation - Grievance Team calls to inform me that they checked the CCTV footage when the package was being packed and they insist that I as a customer have received the package and there is no fault of theirs.

So basically they have branded me as a liar stating that I have received the 2 bath mats and I have falsely raised a complaint.

I am beyond shocked, as I have shopped for Rs. 18, 217/- and don't see the need to lie for Rs. 1590/-

I informed her to send me the footage of CCTV camera for me to see as I don't believe it has been packed or sent to me. And basically to earn quick money Homecentre team is lying about the same. And passing the mistake to the customer. Show me the CCTV footage with the package being packed with the bath mats and sealed and I will drop this case.

They refuse to do so saying protocol does not allow them to share the footage. Then how as a customer can I believe this lie of theirs!!!

I even told them as I have moved into a new home, they must send one executive of theirs to investigate my place and search for the items. This too they refuse.

I am appalled by this service from Homecentere as I have been shopping with them since 2004 in their Bangalore Store at Victoria Layout. My Customer ID of Landmark Card is 174030 and they can check the amount I have spent with them all these years. Never once i faced such an harassment and i don't need to LIE

I will not accept anything less than a refund or send me my mats - both of them for which I have paid.
