Got mobile finance done. In March 2021 and paid all his emi on time. And on 02/02/2022, 03/02/2022 was charged on both the days of 02/08/2021. And when I asked the bankers, they told that you have deducted any loan charges. Then I am calling home credit people, then no call is being received.

As already shared my concern to the team of HOME CREDIT on my personal loan [protected] (Contract No.) that due to lost of my job and jobless Not in condition to pay but still manage to give the payment on 10th Jan 2022 but currently not having proper fund where for that shared my issue to the team and make sure them that will try to pay the due by 11th Feb 2022 and request them to stop all collection activities so that able to arrange fund but instead of giving support they are not helping me out and also till now able to manage 13 EMI of amount 3342/- which total is 43446/- and my total loan is 65000/- and still 29 EMI are pending and interest is 36% and when I request about FORCLOSURE so they offered me 55000/- so not getting that how can they take this much interest on loan so its request to RBI SACHET team to take action on this matter and to reduce my EMI amount as well as my TENURE and to take some strict action on them also they are doing very misbehaving manner of talking .

I have taken loan from Home credit for 75k for 48 months. I took moratorium for 5 months as I loss my job. I paid them for 25 months by now. Now if I am asking them for foreclosure they are asking me to pay 67k ..even though I paid them around 70k by now. plus they have increase tenure for 20 months more.
I took moratorium for 5 months so y have you change the tenure to 68 months
According to SC ORDERS, they have asked to levy the charges on moratorium period and not to charge interest on interest

Dear sir,

I have a complaint about my loan ( Contract no. [protected], Customer ID:[protected] registered as Mr. Ramsurat. The given loan was totally paid and I don't know why Home Credit is charging extra money from my bank account.

NDC certificate and other documents are given attached.

Please help me to resolve this issue & refund all extra payments which home credit is cut from my bank.

I just came to know from somewhere that there is an outstanding against home credit account number 351XXXXXX74 in my mother's name, which is being reflected in CIBIL score whereas I was totally unaware about the same. But as I was able to retrieve the loan account number, I want to foreclose it.

And as I am a retired person, a widower and living without my kids I went to Chandigarh Branch and also have researched that your sector 20 Chandigarh outlet has been closed due to pandemic which I was looking to pay at.

Please see that I would like to pay all the amount whatever is the outstanding and only way I can pay is phonepe. As it is a very old matter and i do not have access to my old phone number of email ID I can't see a way out where I can get ndc your NOC from the respected apps.

kindly guide me as I will be leaving for some work soon and would like to close it before I move and get NOC for ndc before the end of this week

My uncle took loan from this company to buy a phone. He cleared the loan with all the dues and fines but the keep calling me on daily basis 9-10 times!!
If I am doing something important and then the phone rings I have to leave everything and check who called while gets frustrating!!

Dear Team, I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 2 to 5 calls daily. I have also contacted to toll free no [protected] mentioned on web http://homecredit.co.in and mailed to [protected]@homecredit.co.in for stop call me/harassing but story remain same. My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 5 to 10 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different different numbers. However I didn't not taken any loan, I have already requested to your executive that please remove my mobile number from your database but they do not do any thing and warned that you will receive daily call the statement like "Kar lo jo krna hai call toh aaegi" i have recorded this clip on my multimedia phone. Requesting you to please remove my m.no from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help mefrom getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind!

I had enquired for a personal loan in home Credits, Without intimation they had credited the amount to my bank account and charged around 44.68% interest on the total loan amount. I’m ready to pay back the amount but not that much interest amount almost 50% of the loan amount.

Hi I am receiving continuous calls from various numbers stating that calling from Home credit and asking our personal information and if we deny to give our personal information then talking very rudely. if it is repeated again I will lodge a complaint on cyber cell and other sources.

I have availed Personal Loan of 200000 for the tenure of 48 months on 28.51% flat interest rate from Home Credit in sept 2019 . I have paid 21 emi till date which means I have paid 21*8971= Rs 188391.

I have taken moratorium period of 5 months i.e. from Apr 2020 to Aug 2020. After moratorium period they have restructured my loan and tenure increased to 84 months . At the the time of disbursement they have provided repayment schedule in which emi bifurcation was not mentioned. Now after 21 emi paid to close
this loan they are asking me to pay 2, 12, 148 .
In sanction letter it was clearly mentioned that Rate of Interest is flat, even calculation of Emi is based on flat interst rate calculation i.e. Loan amount + amount of interest divided by tenure. As per my knowledge in flat interest rate bifurcation of emi i.e. part of interest in emi is same throughout the tenure but HOME Credit has some different calculation which they have not provided at the time of disbursement. I am asking them to close this loan for rs . 150000 ( o/s principal+ interst for the period of moratorium) . After several emails they have contacted me and still they are not agree to close this loan on 150000. I have already paid 188391 in 21 emi still they are asking to pay 212148 . Kindly guide me in this .
