Hi I am receiving continuous calls from various numbers stating that calling from Home credit and asking our personal information and if we deny to give our personal information then talking very rudely. if it is repeated again I will lodge a complaint on cyber cell and other sources.

there is no concern woth Home credit till now, No loan and No service has taken from them even though calling and harassing us.

    As due to my lost of job as i was terminated from my company and from last two month not having job and not in good condition to pay the EMI of home credit loan [protected] but still getting harassments from Agent Mr. Pankaj Choudhary - +[protected] who is making pressure on me for settlement and even i shared this concern to HOME CREDIT in Oct. month that i will not be able to pay the EMI due to lost of job but now they are saying that they will proceed for legal action so its request please help me in this matter also i can see that my LOAN CONTRACT
    i borrow 65000/- loan for 3 years and my EMI amount which they provide is 3342/- for 42 months which is double of my LOAN amount so its request please take action on this matter

          I am smita jagtap I taken loan from home credit fiance rs 1lac but due to lockdown I did not pay EMI on time but I taken moratorium after i pay regularly emi but without my permission home credit done restructure loan.             Description:

            I have availed Personal Loan of 200000 for the tenure of 48 months on 28.51% flat interest rate from Home Credit in sept 2019 . I have paid 21 emi till date which means I have paid 21*8971= Rs 188391.

            I have taken moratorium period of 5 months i.e. from Apr 2020 to Aug 2020. After moratorium period they have restructured my loan and tenure increased to 84 months . At the the time of disbursement they have provided repayment schedule in which emi bifurcation was not mentioned. Now after 21 emi paid to close
            this loan they are asking me to pay 2, 12, 148 .
            In sanction letter it was clearly mentioned that Rate of Interest is flat, even calculation of Emi is based on flat interst rate calculation i.e. Loan amount + amount of interest divided by tenure. As per my knowledge in flat interest rate bifurcation of emi i.e. part of interest in emi is same throughout the tenure but HOME Credit has some different calculation which they have not provided at the time of disbursement. I am asking them to close this loan for rs . 150000 ( o/s principal+ interst for the period of moratorium) . After several emails they have contacted me and still they are not agree to close this loan on 150000. I have already paid 188391 in 21 emi still they are asking to pay 212148 . Kindly guide me in this .

                    I would like to know that. I got a call from one of Executive of Home credit . His name is Rohit Gupta. and he said, `` Sir you took a personal loan and you have an outstanding amount to clear against your personal loan. Kindly clear that amount and your loan closed.
                    I have paid the foreclosure amount as per given time but Loan is not closed and still didn't get any noc and ndc. Loan number still showing active. and putting fine and charges day by day.

                      I have taken loan for 51 months. And in loan account statement, you are showing this for 84 months. How it comes?

                      I have taken EMI Holiday for 3 months. And Moratorium for 5 months. Due to Covid -19 outbreak, Govt has lockdown everything. Nothing is open. And as per RBI guidelines, they have given moratorium period for 6 months that is from March 2019 to August 2019. If anyone is not earning anything, how he can pay his dues. So as per RBI guidelines, every financial institutions has to Stopped the EMI for the Moratorium period.

                      Please give clarification regarding this and send back corrected loan account statement as earliest.

                            My contract id is [protected].
                            I took a cashloan of 30000 from home credit which I have to pay in 15 emi's but due to lockdown I took loan monetorium of three months .now I payed my 15 emi's but the always call me and harras me all the day and says that your loan tenior is 18 months .you have to pay it and threatened me that we can harm your cibil score.
                            According to RBI guidelines I have to pay only interest amount of these three months which is about 2250 but they increased my loan period for 3 months which lead to increase my amount about 9000.
                            When I mail to customer care they send me same mail again and again .
                            They have no any customer care executive, if I call to talk to them they always told me that it is collection department and we have no solution.

                              I have been recieving 5 to 7 calls from home credit on a daily basis.
                              And I don't know how do they get my mobile number but they keep calling unwanted.
                              I have also asked them to not to call but it continues.

                                      There was a guy who's name was mangesh dhotre I had just met him only one time and he took my mobile number and misused it .
                                      He has given my mobile number ([protected]) as reference number to home credit without my permission and I haven't take loan than why your team is calling me daily and harassing me in very badly if this issue is not solve as soon as possible then I will register a FIR against you for torturing me on daily basis like verbal abuse kindly remove my number as soon as possible or else I will raise a complaint in police station my uncle is PSI
