Hi, I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis. I receive 2 to 5 calls daily. I am on DND list still you guys keep calling my number in spite of telling you I am not interested in your loans.

I receive Robot calls on daily basis from different numbers and they are really disturbing my daily routine. I did select option 2 on many occasions for not interested but you keep on calling me.

Please delete my number from the calling list. I donot want to receive any more calls.

My name is Rahul Vishvkarma. My contract no. [protected]. I have been a customer of Homecredit since 3 years. I have total 3 running loans. I m paying all my loans by the time.

8 May 2023 a Agent call me and introduced to Flexible personal loan. I took the loan but now having realy trouble with it.

Tried contacting company through call & chat, but their response is worst ever.

Loan no. [protected]. My name is Rahul & I have been informed by an agent for Flexible perosnal loan. He told me about the loan terms & conditions and provided me the loan. But now the conditions he told me are looking false at all.
I tried contacting the company through mail regarding my concern & Audit of the telephonic conversation happen between me & the agent but their response is too slow & irrelavent.

Now they are just bulling me to pay the unusual amount either my CIBIL will be effected.
Kinldy requesting for a sincere call back & solve my complain.

Sir, i took loan 2 lakh rupees and i have paid 14 emi of 8917rs every month but i wanted to close the loan then they said you have to pay loan 2 lakh rupees then i was unable to pay that loan i want settlement to this

i have already paid around 1 lakh 25 thousand with 14 emi of 8917 rupees

so i can pay only 30-35 thousand to close this loan but they denied

Shera Shersiya, informed u that my loan has sanctioned on 5 June, 2023but amount is not credited to my bank account yet. Already 4 days has gone. I have done many calls and mail with latest bank statement and sanction letter but still waiting for my money.

Can you please stop calling me from home credit? I have never subscribed to homecredit.co.in and have never borrowed any type of loan. I'm getting atleast 10-15 calls everyday and more calls on weekend. It's really frustrating for me. Each call is fraud and harassment call. I want to take action against these calls. I have even shared those numbers with cyber police. They are investigating on it.

My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 10 to 15 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different different numbers. However I didn't not taken any loan, I have already requested to your executive that please remove my mobile number from your database but they do not do any thing Requesting you to please remove my m.no [protected] from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help mefrom getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind!

Dear sir I get a call on 13th May at 12:52 pm. Some guy talks to me pretending to be a fake policeman,
Or says that I am talking to Dewas Thane, I have got a case, you are not giving loan, so I am processing legal notice on you. Then when I call back that recovery agent (fake policeman) talks dirty or abuses me,

I have raised RBI complaint informing them the Harrassment made by Samir Roy collection agent and Defaming by showing pictures to neighbours by doing so Home credit India didn't took any action in the defamation which is against RBI rules but have stopped collection activity till April 2023 without even reading by Complaint where I have clearly mentioned that by treatment will end by April 2023 and I will look for job after that and then will pay. I have manually sent an email on April 13th saying that I managed to get the job that will start on July 2023 so the harrassment needs to be stopped till July end. However they are not checking my complete RBI Complaint but everyday someone new is replying saying they have stopped till May 2023 but that not what I have asked for. It is very clear that the payment can be made after July 2023 yet they are harrassing me by sending the same emails instead of giving practical response. Please take action

I have paid my loan amount in full before time but I have not been issued No Due Certificate.
It has also been 3 working days since I paid off my loan amount
Moreover my email id is also not getting updated on company's mobile app

request to you, i have sign the agreement Between Home credit india finance & Me. But following the agreement doesn't received loan amount my account & Not cancellation this agreement.

My wife has a personal LOAN with home CREDit and she has been regularly paying for this LOAN since last 21 months, but unfortunately she lost her job and hence she couldn't make the payment on 8 April 2023 for the very first time, we even marked mails to the CUSTOMER service team and informed about our situation but they were like robots, no empathy nothing, they are telling u have to pay anyhow, hence we dropped mail to the grievance...
