I am getting 50+ spam calls everyday even though i have told you guys that i am not the concerned person, would you please stop acting like fools and stop calling me ?

      My brother has been taken person loan from Home credit finance.
      currently he has financial crisis, so he can't filling EMI. also he was not attain a call from Home credit. so Home credit team daily call me 10-20 time per day, my work lifestyle disturb due to many more call.
      please note that there was no confirmation taken from Home credit to my side for he had given to my brother person loan.

        I had purchased an EMI loan from Home Credit India over eight years ago which was payed on time and closed. For the past several months i am receiving multiple calls per day from Home Credit India offering a loan.

        These calls are completely unsolicited. Everytime call is from a new number so i cannot block it.

        I am posting this here to bring awareness about this pest/parasite like behavior by this unscrupulous loan company, and also to warn any propective consumer.

            Hello Niti this side,
            I have been getting spam calls from Home Credit so much that can't be explained about 15 calls per day from different numbers. I don't have any kind of load going on with them nor anything, I am a working lady and this is all I get calls calls calls
            Please see to it and fix it ASAP and remove my number from ur database

                  They grievance team doesnt even work, they keep on sending the same responses back to back without actually helping the customer. Loan id [protected]. After the continuous harrassment from the team even when the situation is not good I decided to go for settlement amount they provided because I just wanted to end the connection with Homecredit as they torture people to attempt suicide. I have paid 2 installments already and on October 2023 I have last installment to pay according to the settlement letter Homecredit provided. However suddenly from September 2023 they started the collection harrassment again even when I am paying the scheduled amount on time. aAftrr explaining the same to the collection agent on call, he says that they will not accept settlement and wants full amount to be paid on Application or else they will visit adhar registered address and defame me infront of neighbours and Call me Chor. I am aware that Homecredit torture customers but how come they harrass customer illegally and give threats of kidnapping and defaming. Kindly help

                    I’m getting 8-10 harassment calls from Home credit executives as someone named Ashish Singh has taken loan from home credit and he is unable to return and he has provided my number in reference. I can’t even sleep because i do night shifts. I asked executives to not to call me but i get daily calls. It’s totally harassment.

                      Hi,

                      I’m getting 8-10 calls daily from home credit executives that someone named Ashish has taken loan from home credit and he has provided my number as reference. I don’t know him which i have already informed on call but I’m getting calls everyday. I’m very frustrated, i can’t sleep, I do night shifts. This is totally harassment.

                        My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 5 to 10 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different numbers. However I didn't take any loan. I have already requested to your executive that please remove my mobile number from your database but they didn't do any thing. I got frustrated from these calls. Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                          Time from 2:30pm to 5:30pm they are continue harrasing my family giving bad words to my father mother brother whole family
                          SIR we had regular paid your EMI on time bank agreement had ended its not fault of mine and I m neither a defaulter payer from today morning time 11am she is rudely talking with bad words to my family name caller identify Ruhi patil see us worst for talking.
                          Inspire of last matter giving bad words to my family if they continuous I will not pay Last time i had paid feb23 to april 23 but since last few months we are in problem when I stable i will by default pay the emi pl stop this nonsense call
                          Home credit can call us we had taken loan from home credit neither from this foolish local useless agencies.
                          I m not feeling well last 15 days my condition I m going to dispensary for treatment my condition is so poor that i cant pay right now balance dues after recovery I will severely pay the dues.
                          Last time also I had mail home credit that the agency caller are giving worst bad words to my family my wife is going take an action.
                          The lady which Ruhi patil is calling giving bad words to my wife this is not the way
                          BUT THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST PL STOP THIS WORST AGENCY CALLER.
                          TAKE AN STRUCT ACTION OR I WILL LOG A POLICE FIR
                          for giving bad words to my family.
                          The worst day of my carrier was on 25/7/23 from your lady caller.

                            There are 2 emails with different instructions is sent to me.
                            1) I received an email on 21st July at 10:58am, informing me the again and asking me to contact you guys in the August first week and you guys will issue the settlement letter.

                            2) Again I received a different email on 22 Jul 2023, 12:39, informing me the same amount and asking me to contact before July ends if I accept the offer, which I did and sent the email. However I never received any updates or replies from the team .

                            It is too much confusion for me as I stand where no confirmation is provided from your team.

                            I have asked for the callback to solve and explain me the same yet I have not received a single call and the Twitter team says that they are working on this. I don't understand what they are working on as there is nothing to work on anymore. I already got the email I just want more clarification on this.
                            Its already 26th July and the Harrassment will start again by 1st August so I need to solve this and get the settlement letter. Please need immediate assistance

                                This team is utterly careless. After all the harrassment from last 7-8 months I have finally accepted there settlement offer because I just want to end the conversation with them and cannot take anymore harrassment. Yet they keep on extending the time and harrassing me. I have asked them to put the collection activity on hold till July 2023 and they sent me confirmation on it too. But now they are forcing me to start the settlement installment on July 2023 only. Seems they are not keeping the promises they made and I have the confirmation on email too. They just harrass the customer to the extend that customers are forced to attempt SUICIDE. I have told them 1000 times that I have asked them to keep the activity on hold because I will get my salary from 3rd August. But yet again they are denying for the same. Please ban this NBFC as they are willing to kill anyone

                                    Contract number -[protected], they are forcing me to pay 60-65k in one go even when the team is aware of the critical situation we are in. If we do not pay in one go they are giving threats of the harrassment. Earlier as well the collection agent Samir Roy shared my loan details and images with neighbours to defame me now again they are doing the same thing. Even when we are literally begging home credit team to let us pay monthly amount they are not agreeing to it and giving threats on a continuous basis. Now they are asking me to pay settlement amount in 3 months upon asking the settlement amount they are saying it's the full amount less 3-5k then what's the point of settlement?
                                    I am continuously informing them that I am not in a situation to contact them on a regular basis and cannot take mental torture like this yet they keep on harrassing me mentally and physically. I am telling them that I do not have job cannot pay the amount still I will arrange somehow 3k monthly but they are just not understanding please help me

                                      Contract number - [protected]. I have raised the same Complaint earlier this year. However I have to raise the same again because home credit customer service team just doesnt check the history of the Complaint or dont even read emails to understand the query.
                                      So I have asked home credit team to stop the collection activity as their team doesnt follow the RBI guidelines and Defamed my name and trespassed the address too .Also I was not well and every details was uploaded and shown to the team and 100 of emails was sent to them that as I am suffering from heart disease I managed to get a work from home job from June 1st 2023.Considering the fact then after fighting for months they stopped the collection as I promised to start paying by July 2023. Now I have sent an email to the team that as promised I will start paying the monthly amount but make sure that I am not asked or harrassed by the collection agent to pay in one go. Surprisingly i got an email from them stating the same that I need to pay the amount in one go. But how is that possible for a patient who just got a job that too home based job? I have already sent 3 emails but they keep on sending the same thing again and again but not understanding my point. How can I pay the full amount and it was never even said or practical that someone can pay in one go. Im accepting the late fees and said I will keep on paying monthly amount starting July 3rd as my salary gets credited by 3rd but they denied. Again new way of harrassing me because they are trying to get a revenge from me by harrassing to the point where I will have to attempt suicide.Kindly take action against this NBFC for the harrassment and let them know that I can only start paying the monthly amount here and they cannot harrass me because I am doing as I have promised. Please take action against them. ALL I AM ASKING IS THAT THEY ALLOW ME TO PAY EVERY MONTH ON 3RD AND I WILL ACCEPT THE LATE FEES AND KEEP ON PAYING THE MONTHLY AMOUNT
