This team is utterly careless. After all the harrassment from last 7-8 months I have finally accepted there settlement offer because I just want to end the conversation with them and cannot take anymore harrassment. Yet they keep on extending the time and harrassing me. I have asked them to put the collection activity on hold till July 2023 and they sent me confirmation on it too. But now they are forcing me to start the settlement installment on July 2023 only. Seems they are not keeping the promises they made and I have the confirmation on email too. They just harrass the customer to the extend that customers are forced to attempt SUICIDE. I have told them 1000 times that I have asked them to keep the activity on hold because I will get my salary from 3rd August. But yet again they are denying for the same. Please ban this NBFC as they are willing to kill anyone

Contract number -[protected], they are forcing me to pay 60-65k in one go even when the team is aware of the critical situation we are in. If we do not pay in one go they are giving threats of the harrassment. Earlier as well the collection agent Samir Roy shared my loan details and images with neighbours to defame me now again they are doing the same thing. Even when we are literally begging home credit team to let us pay monthly amount they are not agreeing to it and giving threats on a continuous basis. Now they are asking me to pay settlement amount in 3 months upon asking the settlement amount they are saying it's the full amount less 3-5k then what's the point of settlement?
I am continuously informing them that I am not in a situation to contact them on a regular basis and cannot take mental torture like this yet they keep on harrassing me mentally and physically. I am telling them that I do not have job cannot pay the amount still I will arrange somehow 3k monthly but they are just not understanding please help me

Contract number - [protected]. I have raised the same Complaint earlier this year. However I have to raise the same again because home credit customer service team just doesnt check the history of the Complaint or dont even read emails to understand the query.
So I have asked home credit team to stop the collection activity as their team doesnt follow the RBI guidelines and Defamed my name and trespassed the address too .Also I was not well and every details was uploaded and shown to the team and 100 of emails was sent to them that as I am suffering from heart disease I managed to get a work from home job from June 1st 2023.Considering the fact then after fighting for months they stopped the collection as I promised to start paying by July 2023. Now I have sent an email to the team that as promised I will start paying the monthly amount but make sure that I am not asked or harrassed by the collection agent to pay in one go. Surprisingly i got an email from them stating the same that I need to pay the amount in one go. But how is that possible for a patient who just got a job that too home based job? I have already sent 3 emails but they keep on sending the same thing again and again but not understanding my point. How can I pay the full amount and it was never even said or practical that someone can pay in one go. Im accepting the late fees and said I will keep on paying monthly amount starting July 3rd as my salary gets credited by 3rd but they denied. Again new way of harrassing me because they are trying to get a revenge from me by harrassing to the point where I will have to attempt suicide.Kindly take action against this NBFC for the harrassment and let them know that I can only start paying the monthly amount here and they cannot harrass me because I am doing as I have promised. Please take action against them. ALL I AM ASKING IS THAT THEY ALLOW ME TO PAY EVERY MONTH ON 3RD AND I WILL ACCEPT THE LATE FEES AND KEEP ON PAYING THE MONTHLY AMOUNT

Hi, I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis. I receive 2 to 5 calls daily. I am on DND list still you guys keep calling my number in spite of telling you I am not interested in your loans.

I receive Robot calls on daily basis from different numbers and they are really disturbing my daily routine. I did select option 2 on many occasions for not interested but you keep on calling me.

Please delete my number from the calling list. I donot want to receive any more calls.

My name is Rahul Vishvkarma. My contract no. [protected]. I have been a customer of Homecredit since 3 years. I have total 3 running loans. I m paying all my loans by the time.

8 May 2023 a Agent call me and introduced to Flexible personal loan. I took the loan but now having realy trouble with it.

Tried contacting company through call & chat, but their response is worst ever.
Then tried contacting through mail and elevated my problem and send required Snapshots, but their response is too slow & irrelavent.
I have also requested for the Audit for telephonic conversation happen between the agent & me but I didn't get any response.

They are calling me about 10-15 times a day and again again asking me about the same issue.
Billing me to empact ky cibil & degradation. I m totally frustrated this time.
I m not going to pay any single EMI till I didn't get any proper resolution.
And if my CIBIL got empacted than I am going to file an FIR.

Kindly requesting for a call back & my issue resolution.

Sir, i took loan 2 lakh rupees and i have paid 14 emi of 8917rs every month but i wanted to close the loan then they said you have to pay loan 2 lakh rupees then i was unable to pay that loan i want settlement to this

i have already paid around 1 lakh 25 thousand with 14 emi of 8917 rupees

so i can pay only 30-35 thousand to close this loan but they denied

Can you please stop calling me from home credit? I have never subscribed to homecredit.co.in and have never borrowed any type of loan. I'm getting atleast 10-15 calls everyday and more calls on weekend. It's really frustrating for me. Each call is fraud and harassment call. I want to take action against these calls. I have even shared those numbers with cyber police. They are investigating on it.

I am writing to address a persistent issue that I have been facing with Home Credit regarding unsolicited calls. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I continue to receive unwanted calls from your organization, causing significant distress and exacerbating my already difficult circumstances.

I want to emphasize that I have explicitly requested multiple times, both via email and through conversations with your customer executives, to have my contact number removed from your database. However, my requests have been ignored, and the calls persist without any regard for my situation or well-being.

I find this disregard for my privacy and the negative impact on my mental health highly distressing. I have been experiencing significant levels of depression, and these intrusive phone calls only serve to worsen my mental state. It is disheartening that Home Credit, as a reputed organization, is failing to understand and acknowledge the gravity of the situation.

To further compound matters, I recently received a response to my previous email, indicating that my email address is not registered with your system. This is perplexing and deeply concerning, as it suggests that my personal information may have been mishandled or overlooked by Home Credit. I find it alarming that despite not having my email address on record, your organization persists in contacting me daily.

I implore you to rectify this matter urgently and take immediate action to cease all communication with me. I kindly request to Home Credit to delete my contact information from their database and ensure that my details are not further misused or mishandled. I need an assurance that my contact details have been removed from your systems and will not be used for any further communication.

My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 10 to 15 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different different numbers. However I didn't not taken any loan, I have already requested to your executive that please remove my mobile number from your database but they do not do any thing Requesting you to please remove my m.no [protected] from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help mefrom getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind!

Dear sir I get a call on 13th May at 12:52 pm. Some guy talks to me pretending to be a fake policeman,
Or says that I am talking to Dewas Thane, I have got a case, you are not giving loan, so I am processing legal notice on you. Then when I call back that recovery agent (fake policeman) talks dirty or abuses me,
So, I request madam to take immediate action against this man.
