I have take a personal loan No. is [protected] of Rs 63000 and tenure is 48 Months and I have paid 39 Emi but now Loan Collection team said you have to pay 16 more emi.
Please solve this problem as erly as possible.

Dear Team, I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 10 to 15 calls daily. I have also contacted to toll free no [protected] mentioned on web http://homecredit.co.in and mailed to [protected]@homecredit.co.in for stop call me/harassing but story remain same. My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 10 to 15 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different different numbers. However I didn't not taken any loan or have not subscribed for calls, I have already requested to your executive that please remove my mobile number from your database but they do not do any thing and warned that you will receive daily call the statement like "Kar lo jo krna hai call toh aaegi" i have recorded this clip on my multimedia phone. Requesting you to please remove my m.no from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help mefrom getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind!

I have raised RBI complaint informing them the Harrassment made by Samir Roy collection agent and Defaming by showing pictures to neighbours by doing so Home credit India didn't took any action in the defamation which is against RBI rules but have stopped collection activity till April 2023 without even reading by Complaint where I have clearly mentioned that by treatment will end by April 2023 and I will look for job after that and then will pay. I have manually sent an email on April 13th saying that I managed to get the job that will start on July 2023 so the harrassment needs to be stopped till July end. However they are not checking my complete RBI Complaint but everyday someone new is replying saying they have stopped till May 2023 but that not what I have asked for. It is very clear that the payment can be made after July 2023 yet they are harrassing me by sending the same emails instead of giving practical response. Please take action

I have paid my loan amount in full before time but I have not been issued No Due Certificate.
It has also been 3 working days since I paid off my loan amount
Moreover my email id is also not getting updated on company's mobile app
Please resolve my issue

request to you, i have sign the agreement Between Home credit india finance & Me. But following the agreement doesn't received loan amount my account & Not cancellation this agreement.

My wife has a personal LOAN with home CREDit and she has been regularly paying for this LOAN since last 21 months, but unfortunately she lost her job and hence she couldn't make the payment on 8 April 2023 for the very first time, we even marked mails to the CUSTOMER service team and informed about our situation but they were like robots, no empathy nothing, they are telling u have to pay anyhow, hence we dropped mail to the grievance office Mr Vishal, but he was worst then the CUSTOMER service team, and they even started call ing my wife's references, and all of a sudden without any information, today an emi was deducted from her account, how can home CREDit do such things without even informing the CUSTOMERs, hence we called the call centre and spoke with an ### named shubham he is telling I am from LOAN team, kindly CONTACT CUSTOMER service team and gave me the same no on which i had called him, that ### is telling me that call from any prepaid no and u will be able to connect with CUSTOMER service team, what sort of process is this, hence i again called back and spoke with a rude lady named Priyanka, she is telling me that If the emi bounces then collection team can only collect that payment, so i asked her that in that case why did my wife's emi got deducted from account, she just hung up the phone on me, very rude and unprofessional behaviour, we have even marked mails to the grievance team but no one has replied yet

This is Gaurav Bhatia. I have 2 loans from "Home Credit India Finance" i.e.
loan no [protected] of emi rs 5043 and loan no of emi rs 7137 whose due date is 25th of every month.i couldnt able to make payment on 25th march of march month e.m.i. as i didnt had funds.Today i arranged funds for e.m.i's and for my household expense and for my children school addmission fees.
I paid both e.m.i. through Phonepay app whose utr no. is[protected] of rs 5045 and[protected] of rs 7713 while talking to their agent on phone call & they confirmed the e.m.i. is paid.
Just after one hour of payment they deducted it from my account too.
please resolve this as i have limited funds for my children school addmission and for my household expenses.
Please refund the overpayment which Home credit deducted from my bank account. immediately as i have no funds from my children addmission .

So as discussed on mail to the HOme credit team on my loan ([protected]) In which I mention that due to layoff I got terminated from my company so as I promised them that with help of salary I will pay the first installment but due to termination now there is no source I can pay the amount but still the agent of Home credit is not listening and they are demanding the Termination letter to me and also consistently they are calling and creating lot of issue so its request either Consumer complaint team take action or else I will file FIR against them and also sharing the whatsapp chat where the agent Hardik bhadana is demanding the letter

I am receiving calls from Home Credit and its so annoying and disturbing please resolve

I haven't taken any loans from Home credit. Still I receive daily 10-15 calls. I have told them to remove my number since it is wrong number. But no action taken by Home credit. The callers are very abusive and will not listen. Please remove my number.

I take personal loan from home credit of 150000 out of that 147000 is credited to my account and which tenue is 48 Month EMI of having 6688/- with 28.51% ROI. Loan EMI start from January 2020 from that day i pay total of 289203/- to home credit india.
But as per the calculation the amount is 150000/- loan amount + 131895/- 28.51% interest on 150000/- for 3yrs and 3 months.
So total amount is goes around - 281895/-.

But even if i paid more than total amount they are still say to pay 174000 amount or 43 EMI.
I get fully dis satisfied with home credit and they are fooling their customer by taking too much amount.
I request you to please check into that as I am tired of paying too much amount for the small amount of loan.

My name is Raja Shekher Reddy iam recieving frequent calls from home credit India frequently to take loan but I don't need single rupee of loan I have requested them to stop calling me since I don't require any loan whenever I say this they say they will not call again but again they call me I have blocked many numbers of them which I recieve call from . Still i get call from new number now I have lost my patience. It's been more then 6 months they have been torturing me and I have been requesting them to stop this nonsense. pls suggest i have made my mind to file complaint and take legal action on them . They have crossed all the levels of stupidity. When person don't require any loan there is no point calling and disturbing person again and again . Pls suggest how do I file a complaint and go legal against home credit india

When I raised complaint you guys promised me that bank never does anything to defame the customer however it's not what's happening. I need call immediately from your team and your team threatened me to murder and sharing my details with each and every person when I am not present there. Your Twitter team specifically promised me that I will never ever face this problem however you guys doesn't seem to understand the same. I will not a single penny to you guys and you are going to pay me now. I am gonna give defaming charges on your bank and let's see who is coming to defame .

5 person went to the address where I am not even present and shared my pictures with each and every one there saying that I am a criminal and shared my photographs.
After raising conplaint on November I was promised that I can do the payment by April 2023 and now each and everyone is denying the promise and harrassing me. Your goons don't need to murder me but I will myself suicide and post the video on social media defaming your company's name

I have setlled the full loan due amount i.e ₹21448.79 on 17th May 2022, then too they have not updated my cibil and also not proving No objection certificate, I tried many times through mail and customer care number but they don't respond
Please I shall be highly thankful to you if you look into this matter and help me in getting NOC as soon as possible, attaching payment screenshot with this.
