I am taking a loan but i miss one emi and as discuss with them they send one agent for collection but they dont send after that they are charging me too much interest rate. As emi is 915 and now they charge me 2990 amount and still i ready to pay but they dont want to want to contact with me i drop mails regarding for the same but they sont rply and eventually they are not get back to me on call

Dear Sir,

Myself Sanjay Singh, from south delhi, in 2014 there is my friend Mr. Ram Kishor, he don't have a pan card and he want to finance a mobile, so that he took my documents and he sanctioned a loan for the mobile Nokia X loan id is
[protected] sanctioned on 19 april 2014. As he is not paying the loan amount and the loan is on my name i make the cash payments to the executives of Home credit india finance, after some months i left the job and i called executives so many for collecting the rest payment from me but nobody can come and the customer care guys are calling me every time and ask for payment and said i raise ur request for collection, but nobody is come for collection so far, and they are increasing my amount every time they called me, due to this my cibil is also effected, which could be a mistake of Home Credit employees, It is requested that kindly take this urgent and i want to settle this loan and kindly clear my cibil. Kindly assist me and inform me the pending amount of loan, I am not interested to pay the penalties, kindly confirm me the final balanced amount and guide me to make the payment..

    I was already a costomer of home credit but when i again visited to buy one more mobile after clearing all my emi s they made me wait for 90 minutes and told that its sunday so server is busy come back tomorrw but again at the same day they called me and asked me to come again and i got a massage that ny loan had been approved but when again i came to store again i waited for 30 minutes in the end it was same thing so hopefully i will not come again or visit this store... if you dont want to loose a costomer you should get back to me and clear the problem ... thank u [protected]

      Dear All

      I Subhash kumar Tandi taken finance Samsung J2 Mobile, my loan no [protected], during my finance I have deposited down payment Rs2600 and I have paid you people 7 installments regards rs685 per installment. this is my 8th installment. Home credit employees are calling everyday but nobody is giving satisfied answer even they are not ready to hear what one customer going to tell. They are droping calls and telling me you are not responding.

      my question is the Value of loan amount is Rs7800.
      already I have paid you with down payment (2600+5495)= Rs8095

      then why should I pay Rs685 for 12 months...???

      is that Samsung J2 mobile price is Rs10820/-???

      During loan taken your people told 0% interest. but on loan sancitional summery they added interest 36.5% pa and taken signature. They have not conform about it when taking signature. I had gone to their authorized dealer name Madhuban Electronics, Santoshi Nagar, Raipur, Cg-492001. they told that who ever was issued me he is removed from Home Credit company due to some wrong info to all customer. Your emplyee is done mistaken and cheated then why should I pay interest.

        I subhas kumar tandi, s/o - late narayan tandi my loan no-[protected], on augest -2016 i was taken samsung j2 mobike loan from madhuvan electronics shop thru home credit. They told me 0% finance. After processing they added interest 36.5pa but did not convinced as interest is added on loan summery. They took signature from me. They cheated with me. That time they told mobile parice is rs7800 without interest. Even they did not give sanciational paper they only asked to sign only. Already i have have paid all amount as per my calculation. Down payment 2600+ 7installments @685/-. Now they are telling on your loan interested is added so you have to pay rs rs10800 (With interest). Home credit person are cheating with customer. Those persons are convincing properly

          I have taken a personal loan from "Home Credit India" on Sep 2016. They have provided me with a personal loan of 1.25 Lac rupees (Rs.122, 000/- received after documentation fee).
          Their interest rate was too much high than the market rate but since I was need of money so I agreed to pay 30.54% per annum (2.54% every month). I took this loan for 36 months.

          Also I have told the sales executive that rate of interest is too high, Can I foreclose the account anytime ?

          Their Salesman (Over the Phone) said you can foreclose the account only after 6 months and their will be no extra charges to close the account permanently.

          I agreed over the phone they I do have my documents which was already with them because I was the existing customer too.

          I agreed to pay Rs. 6653/- on every Month and the loan sanction to me for 36 months (Duration) but I was told that I can foreclose it after 6 months.

          After when I contacted them on the 7 Month (April 2017) when I asked them that how much is the balance due own me so I can permanently close this account and the executive over the phone said Rs. 119000/-, after that I was like what ?
          Till that time I have paid them nearly 39000/ but still they were asking me to pay 119000/- I have ask them about the calculation many times but every time they said it's a computer generated amount and did not explained the full calculation.

          I am very disappointed now and I have left my job on Nov 2016 and if I do not repay them, their customer executive says that they would take legal actions if not pay their EMI.

          Kindly help me please because they are charging very high interest rate and not telling me the the real calculation of foreclose amount.
          According to my calculation take a look below:- Home Credit Loan No. - [protected].

          Loan amount - Rs. 1, 25, 000/- (Sep 2016) Received only Rs.122, 000/- (Rs. 2500/- documentation fee)
          Rate of Interest - 30.54%
          Duration - 3 years (36 Months)
          EMI per month - Rs. 6653/-

          Paid 6 EMI's till 9th April 2017.
          Rs.6653 x 6 EMI (Paid) = Rs. 39918/-
          Loan amount Rs. 1, 25, 000 – Rs. 39918 = Rs. 85082/- Remaining balance.

          But they are telling me to pay Rs. 119000/- to close my account. I am planning to go in consumer court for this fraud because I am so much frustrated and disappointed kindly help me please.

          By chance i came on this post

          1 They asked for documentation fees you said adust from loan amount (else it should have been paid by you cash)
          So you recieved 1, 25, 000 first statement is wrong .

          Next you have not calculated interest .

          1, 25, 000
          interest 30.4% annum (not monthly or montly you said 2.54 %) each months interest is 3175
          at the time of foreclose interest is 22225
          so total to be paid 1, 25, 000+ 22225=147, 225
          You have paid 39918
          so now left 147,[protected]=107307
          Which is simple calculation and I am sure there should hve some more beause it should be calculated annualy and then calculated .
          Look like you are not honest and just don;t want to pay their interest just calculating the primary amount,

          Listen they make at least 4-5 calls in a day to take loan . They hide their policies they commit ROI DIFFERENT THEN ACTUAL WHEN YOU TAKE LOAN. This company is fraud . Converting Chinese money black to white by scamming people. This company is not even NBFC. So keep you dirty mouth shut and understand consumer’S situation.
          Hi nityavashishta Please ask Home credit why they are asking me to pay 1.19 Lac .as per your calculation I need to pay -107307, , , , Please comment only if you are concerned for company or with that company.

            Mene samsung J2 (16) mobile liya tha. Next stage shop, fatehganj, vadodara se. Aapke employee ne mujse kaha tha aapko 7 emi bharna he wo bhi 0 interest ke sath.. or 3500 down pament bhara tha mene.. Mobile ki kimmat he 9570 rs. Mene 7 emi complete kiye fir baad me pata chala loan 12 month ki he.. mene next stage shop me ja kar aapke home credit ke employee se baat ki to pata chala ke usne muje hi nahi balke kai logo ko aese cheat kiya he or wo employee ko waha se nikal diya gya he. Aapke district home credit employer se baat ki to usne mujse sorry kaha or bataya ke aapke agar 6 emi hote to me loan khatam kar deta par aapne 7 emi bhare he to ab 12 emi tak bharna hi hoga.. ab isme cheat aapke employee ne kiya or nikal diya gya he use to aapne pura payment or salary de di hogi wo bhi comition ke sath. Par relation mere kharab ho rahe he home credit ke sath to please aap investigation kijiye or meri loan emi puri kariye plz.. muje home credit ke jariye dusri loan lene me pareshanI ho rahi he. Aap jaldi investigation kijiye..

              I took personal loan from home credit and now I want to close it after paying 6 months EMI .
              They are now saying EMI (interest and principal) is calculated on reducing balance basis and my balance principal amount is somewhere nearby the loan disbursal amount after paying 6 EMI.

              Initially I was told that my EMI includes equal amount of principal and interest.Now I am feeling cheated and would never suggest anybody to take loan from home credit. If home credit is reading this please contact me @[protected] if they can do anything to this.

                  I have loan in Home credit for mobile phone, before buying a phone, home credit executive confirmed that i can do pre-closure after 3 months, i pad 4 EMI on time without fail, now i would to close my loan account but when spoke with customer care executive he said i dont have right to do pre-close my loan account, , , , even i requested him no need to reduce rate of interest for pre-close, im ready to pay balance 2 month EMI amount at one time but no use... worst service... im not gonna suggest home credit to my friends for any kind of finical support...

                    I have been receiving so many calls from Home Credit company from last week in my number [protected]. Someone has taken loan from Home credit and given my number as reference. And this home credit company has never called me to verify before giving loan and now they are calling me several times from different numbers and harassing me. I told them to delete my number from there database but they are not ready to listen to me. Pls help..

                            I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 2 to 5 calls daily.                             My concern:-Exucutive of home credit calling me and say that "Prakash kapurji"and every time I say that its a wrong number and some one provide my number wrongly to them.                                   I took loan for Hero Scooty from Pashupati Motors, Adhini. A authorized dealer of hero company. I got loan from Home Credit Finance company
                                  (CIN-U65910HR1997PTC047448 ). At the time of discussion company person offer me 13.25 % p. a. But after sign on documentation they handover me 19.75 % p.a . I call to his customer care and mailed their officer but they are not supported me. After complete 10th installment they issue my installment soft copy details and want to pay 2 more installment . I am completed loan on 13.25%interest rate but they want repayment on 19.75 %.

                                    I have finance the mobile from your company and your agent is told me after 6 month u will do the forth close and get discount in your payment asper agent i am pay 6 month installment after that i am call from customer case for forth close but his told me you will pay 4502 rupees form close the payment and your agent is told me you will pay total 11500 and your loan was close so please help i want Clem in this company this company agent was share the wrong information for m and i can afford this money i am just pay 11500 not 13502 rs so please help and

                                    I apply the loan of ₹ 9000 + Down payment of ₹3, 400 (₹400 of Processing fees) for vivo Mobile. I was wait 1:20 hrs in mobile shop, but the loan is rejected without any reason. My all the documents are clear.

                                      Maine 22nd November 2016 mai oppo a37 home credit se finance mai liya tha aur bank account se 1, 399 rs direct debit hone wala tha har month ka 16th tarik ko but debit nhi huwa hai, uske waja se every month ka 20th, 21st date mai Cash Payment kar k aya hu December se lekar 21st February tak jo k 3 month complete ho gaya hai aur hai k 3 month ka Bill pending mai hai. Is March month mai Office k taraf se call nhi ane k waja maine call kar k Customer Care Executive se baat kiya hai aur bola hai k Cash payment lene k liye koi v nhi ayega kuch problem k karan aur Online Pay karne k liye bola hai. Mera due date hai har month ka 22nd date ko hai toh is baar mai Online pay kar dega. Thanks

                                        I have taken a loan from Home Credit to purchase a Oppo Mobile phone on the 20th Jan 2017. My EMI due date is 20th of every month for 6 months. While applying for loan I have opted for ECS, i.e., direct deduction from my account. This has not been activated and the collection department start calling me atleast twice in a day from the 14th itself.

                                        Inspite of several requests, politely, not to disturb me as I would be working the executives demand and talk rudely. Moreover they point blankly say that the bank is at fault and refuse to put the same thing in an email.

                                        Whatever they communicate would be oral and do not put anything in writing, creating a suspicion about their intentions and modus operandi.

                                        I request the concerned to resolve this issue and let me know in writing via email if the bank is at fault.

                                        II also advice people sincerely not to take any loans and onduct business with Home Credit. If you do so you will risk your peace of mind and would be subjected to harassment.
