मेने होम क्रेडिट कम्पनी से 8500 का मोबाइल फ़ोन फिन्नास करवाया था, मुझे बताया गया था की आपको 8500 के इंटरेस्ट के साथ 9150/- रुपे देने होंगे, अगर आप पांच महीने में जमा करवाते हो तो. मेने कम्पनी को टाइम टू टाइम पेमेंट किया और अब कम्पनी कहती है की आपको चार किश्त और देनी है. कम्पनी में बात की लेकिन कोई सलूशन नही निकलता . india में ऐसा हे होता है ऐसी फर्जी कम्पनी पर कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए. / इस कम्पनी के लोग भी अछे तरीके से बात नही करते ह ऐसे बात करते है जेसे की पूरा कानून अपनी मुट्ठी में लेके बेठे है. कम्पनी अब मुझे बहुत ज्यादा परेशान कर रही है. कंपनी अच्छी तरीके से जानती है कंपनी के कर्मचारी ने मुझसे चीटिंग की है और कम्पनी ने उस बन्दे को नौकरी से भी निकाल दिया. अब में क्या करू ??????????????????/

    Your staff is dialing from morning till evening and unnecessarily harassing for repayment. I have been making my payments regularly. Only in feb. Month i could not make due to financial obligations and had informed your people's that i shall make it at the earliest. But it is very astonishing that you have not gone on my records and started calling persons who were not named in while taking credit from u. And even your staff is uneducated and needs to be taught how to talk to customers, particularly elderly. Your institution is getting bad name because of their misbehaviour. I therfore request you to please do not call my relatives or any other person except me. Hope u will seriously look into the matter and instruct your staff to follow. And i have given rs 950 in may month (Feb. Emi) and balance amount is rs 416 and you charged much more amount in penalty how is it possible and i said that i am unemployment i couldn't give u emi amount, i am able to give u emi amount. And u r calling day by day & in a day u call 20-30 time.

      D. O. B. - 1 march 1989.
      Welcome to home credit family. Your contract no is [protected], cuid is 605351. Advised to pay emi rs 4412 by 26 of every month till 02-06-19. Call [protected].
      I got this massage from your company.
      But i didn't get cash in my bank a/c as such your promiss. Shyam singh promised to only 3 days for the transferring cash in my a/c.
      And when now i am calling talk to shyam singh, he didn't pick my call.
      And no any body helping me in this satuation.
      I already summit my all documents before ten days.
      And seriously i am very sad for shyam singh behave.
      I am hopping you guys fastly solve it.

        Hello team,

        This is to bring your kind attention that i have got my two wheeler financed from home credit on the basis of my salary slip and other documents. However, later i got to know that i was not eligible for loan but one of the representative from the same firm misused my documents and instead of salary account they has given my savings account no. For emi deduction.In actual i have opted for cash payment wherein one of their representative visits my place, collects the cash and provides receipt for the same.

        On the other hand, they are also deducting amount from my savings account. Whatever amount id their they just deduct. I have called multiple times to their customer care and personally visited their lucknow head office and each time i was given a commitment that this will not happen again but every month they are deducting amount.

          I am very much frustrated from your homecredit. The way you guys works is not at all acceptable. I have purchased a phone in dec 2012 and out of 9 EMI I have paid complete amount to the mobile store. However, I have not recevied any document as well to proof that i have paid the complete amount. Neither, I have received any document from homecredit while financing the phone.

          Now I have been harrassing by calls on almost daily basis and this is not at all positive ressponse and acceptable. I want to close this case on priority.

          This is my mistake that i have not taken the slip or proof from the mobile store but your company should also feel the paid. I have already paid Rs.12, 000 to the store for 10, 000 cost of mobile.

          My Cibil is bad because of your company. I want you guys to sattle this case and share me sattelement letter so that I can think whether I have to pay or to go for a complaint again the company

          I am an employee for state government and i can go to the higher level to score my cibil but do the needful before i take any step forward.

            After buying from home credit. My experience was very bad, every time they were calling to make payments before due date,
            Customers executive were also illiterate type, they won't able to speak in english and don't no how to interact with clients. First of all there collections are criminals no standards even do know whom to call if you guys think by this someone will pay no they won't there are some guidelines which everybody have to follow and guys charging more than rbi guidelines but what about your rep when i have given my alternative number why your rep didn't call on that number why they call on my parents number why??
            I didn't updated their number so why as you lied your collection took my brother number and asking him to pay on behalf of me did he took loan from you?
            Don't forget you are also part of this scam you thief call on my number i will make sure my lawyer will talk to you i am done. Who gave you right to call my family and harass them who are you?? Nothing because o[censored]s you are surviving even getting salary as well so go and learn some manners first as per you your communication skills it seems you guys never been school. Next time don't dare to abuse or harass anyone.

              Hi, I took a two wheeler loan from Home credit, unfortunately someone theft my vehicle then i completed all the necessary documentation with FIR and Insurance company and after all the processes i got a cheque as claim amount.

              i had submitted claim cheque to Home credit last month (11th Apr 2016). till date it has not been cleared.
              after numerous conversation with home credit they are not providing my money. everyone at home credit just lying that "kal mil jayega, parso mil jayega".

              after complaining a number of time i didnt get my money.

              Please help me, how can i get my money back.

                Yesterday i raise the complaint then immediately i got the call from home credit company that company person taken all my bank details and he told me with in one hour you will get your money but now one day complete but i'm not getting my money this type of worst procedure i never seen in my life this company makes me 2 months job less i need my payment and recently company person called me his name r k. Gupta and one more mr ravi both are taken my bank details with atm card number also but still not resolved my problem i can't wait more i will lodge the complaint
                This is the worst company in my life this is cheating co.

                  This is my 6th complaint still company not clear my issue deducted salary I'm not getting and when I raised the complaint in consumer forum then only im getting the call from home credit employees calling me these employees taken my all bank details and they told me you will get your pending salary after 2 hours please check after 2 hour... these persons names R.K . Gupta and one more Ravi and he told me in your maintain 1000 then only I can send you money... why I need to maintain balance? And he is taken my A T M card details also ... I will wait only 2days and after I will lodge the complaint on home credit co. Cheating case and fraud case mind it...

                    My co-worker took loan or anything i don't know about that but from home credit one call came and they told that we are taking from home credit you know this person, i replied yes i know, they ask me can we get information regarding that person when we need i replied yes. After one year at present they are keep calling more than 20 times in day and they ask only same question you know that person.Same question they ask more than 20 times in day. Presently i am not touch with that person. What should i do. I am in mentally pressure. I suggest to people don't take any loan or any thing from home credit.

                        this is naveen im ex employee in home credit india finance ltd in this company very irresponsibble persons are there im resigning on 1st feb till im not getting my full salary and im not getting petrol conveyence this company deducting my 50% salary thats the reason this is my 4th complaint im jobless till 2and half months so im stuck in financial problem company deducting and my marks card also returning after 2 months that is in banglore office due to my heath problem still im not taken so company need to pay atleast 1 month salary other wise i will rise complaint all over wen im resining that time i asked my team leader and hr both are telling to me naveen you will get full salary but now mumbai hr told me deduction details

                          Dear Sir

                          I am Tarkeshwar Kumar, I have financed a refrigerator last year in April, it cost about 11, 000 rupee, I did 3, 000 down payment and picked up the fridge, and told the shopkeepers to send fridge on my new address which is clost to my previous address where my adhar card and pan card made .According to sanction letter, I was suppose to pay only 8 EMI, if i give my emi on time, nine will be automatically wave. But unfortunately I did not give some EMI on time, I requested them to discharge the penalty, they agreed and I was told to pay the EMI next day and I did accordingly, I have given 5 EMI to the agents they come and received from me . In november month due to some unavoidable circumstances I went to my village, I came back later, so they called me and asked me to pay due EMIS, I decided to pay all EMI on one time, so I deposited the 4 EMI through ITZ cash in November. I have paid all 9 EMI, but later they were continue to call me to pay due penalty, they were asking me to pay 765 rupee, I requested them to discharge, , I am very weak in financial. I did not have money that time, they used to call me from morning to evening, they even increased the penalty up to 2, 065 rupee( two thousand and sixty five rupee).
                          One day on 16 th march, I picked up a agent call and spoke to him and told them my problems, he asked me to give me discounts, he kept me on hold and spoken to his senior, later he came back to me on call and told me to pay 865 rupee( eight hundred and sixty five rupee) next day. I was agree to pay that amount, I paid next day in evening 870 rupee( eight hundred and seventy rupee), they did not have change 5 rupee to return, I left and I took the slips and came back. But they are still calling and messaging me, there were two man on motor bike, they went to my previous address, they told my landlord that I have to pay them 15 thousand rupee. This is too much, one can never expect such things, this is too harassing, I am writing this and hope to receive positive response. If they will continue to do so, I will complain further.

                            Sir, home credit finance is doing their business with illegal procedure .they financing loan with fake document and later threaten consumer by calls as well as by sending legal notice forcing people pay loan for commodity which actually not provided costumer .they perform a brilliant team work with perfect planing first a agent ask customer to provide mobile in offer less then the market price as in my sister case they ask me to provide oppo neo 7 in 3000
                            they take cash outside the shop and convince customer that it is offer you don't have to pay any money other then this saying it is some formalities no company provide loan without bank cheque .the do their procedure and ask customer to agree with welcome call. then their real game start company daily call to customer to deposit installment .between this id of shop is blocked and agent was resigned no document were given to customer at the time of loan no product invoice .customer call to their service center they don't show response i told the full story to customer care and ask them to mail me invoice copy and letter first the ignore when i warn them it is my right to know the details .they took 45 days to provide.but with incomplete detail commodity details are missing .when i forced to give me IMEI no. they first ignore then told a no. which is invalid no such imei no. phone is manufactured.i daily follow the shop and one day i found that the agent finance such fake loan to about 100 customer, out of which my sister is one and i further investigated i found this type of scam already happen in other area in kalyanpur, kanpur .after achiving their target they block shop id and again start same buisness in other area .they made this as their marketing strategy to make more customer by first putting a bait of an offer and then trap customer by recording their welcome call, threatening by agent that every thing is recorded now you have to pay loan.
                            if you think i am lying you can check their details on sanction letter missing the invoice which agent attached to sanction letter was fake the mobile provided to customer and mobile mentioned in loan is different on some loan document agent itself make signature of customer and when customer complain they say we will reply in 10 working days and and took months and between this they send legal notice and message such as kisi bhi kanuni karyi se bachne ke liye payment jama kare . you can think if a complain already pending regarding loan why company ask to pay money for such loan which is complained as scam . i am giving loan no of a victim who even dont sign any document other then id proof if you can ask company to give detail invoice, sanction letter and id proof you find what i am trying to say.

                              Home credit customer care has been calling me for pas 6 months. As i got a new number it turned out that the previous owner had taken a loan. The worst part is that every time i tell them that register my complaint to remove my number they say we will register your complaint and then cut the call right away and again call after 15 mins. If my problems are not resolved i will be taking legal actions against them for harassing me.

                                  I have already paid the my sanctioned loan amount of 23999 in eight emi's. But i still not received my noc and instead of that i am getting a calls to pay another installment. At the time of loan approval, home credit agent who has approved my clearly told me that i need to pay only processing fee of 999 as its a scheme which is free of any rate of interest and any charges. And when he handed me the sanctioned letter he clearly marked it that i have to pay only sanctioned loan amount in eight emi's. Who has approved my loan his name is mukesh and i am harrased by illiterate tele callers of home credit. Telecallers of home credit has zero courtesy, no basic etiquettes and manners to talk with their customers. I have talked to salesperson regarding this issue from where i purchased the laptop (Sargam electronics), they said they are getting a lot of same consumer complaints regarding homecredit policies and would not recommend to anyone further and i personally would not recommend to anyone just because of very bad experiences with homecredit.

                                  At the time of loan approval i found homecredit very genuine company but policies which home credit agent inform to customers are very different from homecredit hidden policies. Telecallers are just to harass not to resolve any concerns. After telling my issue to customer care they told me that our senior representative will call you in 48 hrs but i never got any calls regarding my concern which i raised and sheetal told me that i dont have to worry about my 9th emi it will be waive off.

                                  If i will not get noc by today then i will may take strignent action towards homecredit india in consumer court.

                                  But with very little hope i write this mail to homecredit customer care.

                                    I went to buy a Sony LED 24inch TV. The representative offered me to finance the loan at 0% and insisted a lot saying he has to meet the target and all.

                                    anyways, i submitted my documents and the loan was processed. the loan id was [protected]. I was told it is a 12 month emi system in which 4 will be your advance emi and rest 8 will be paid for 8 months. the monthly emi was 1320 and advance emi was 5280. anyways.

                                    i was pying the amount of 1320 for consistantly 8 months without any delay or so. when the 8th month emi was paid, i stopped it. and then i started recieving calls from HOME CREDIT CUSTOMER CARE saying my 4 month emi are still pending and the loan was actually a 16month with a very high rate of interest.

                                    I asked for the LOAN SANCTION LETTER which was not given to me at the time of LOAN. a copy of the same is yet to be recieved but the customer care guys calls around 10-15 times daily for the same and harass me. I request you to kindly look into it and oblige.

                                      After buying from home credit. My experience was very bad, every time they were calling to make payments before due date,
                                      Customers executive were also illiterate type, they won't able to speak in english and don't no how to interact with clients. I think home creadit wanna go to be close they were in loss days y they were calling every time,
                                      And one more thing there verbiage that kaise ho aap bull y we tell you. They don't understand were we are with whom we were sitting,
                                      My suggestion is don't choose home credit for loan. They were thief.
