I financed a scooty from home credit for which i used to pay my emi . On 13th Of december . I paid my EMI online through Your Website. and next day they deducted 4526 from my account again. i have asked for a refund from last 7 days. but not received it yet. My Contract No is [protected]. Really fed up by Calling at customer care.

we are very disappointed with your customer service team. Today I called For the update. They placed my call on hold for half an hour. Kindly please return my money. we will not repeat this mistake to buy some other product from Home Credit India. Today again they are saying that i will get my money in 24-48 hours. which they told me before 4 days also. i am really very fed up.

      Consumer id [protected] consume name Pankaj Sharma. the matter is that i am late in paying my emi. I do its my mistake but i have told them i will pay your amount on next time even they are taking late charges that is not a problem. But the problem is that I am out delhi they threatening my family members very giving warning about a police they beat u n all even when I try to contact or talk to them they are using abuse language and are not ready to listen my words. Is this the way of any finance company to threat their customer. for just taking a payment making my life in danger. regards, pankaj sharma

        I am very unsatisfied as a guy the name of Mr Rana from home credit... Why this guy is visited at my home yesterday. I am very unhappy from this activity and he asked for the Sunil Kumar but Sunil Kumar was lived in my building but now he has been gone from here so why they harassing as asking to my family about that guy. I am very unsatisfied and unhappy about this type of resolution from your side as you send me person to my home. I want the resolution as soon as possible otherwise i will take further action as whenever any guy from Home credit will visit at my home in Gharoli Delhi I will kept them and submit in the police as he is a thief because i am very irritated from Home credit and I do not want to any call personal visit and other activity from Home credit side otherwise i will file the complaint on higher authorities..             Now I got a call from the [protected] as investigation agency. What is this.. Should I complaint in the police as he called me now again and again and told he is on the behalf of Home Credit..

            I am very unsatisfied and unhappy about this type of resolution from your customer care (HOME CREDIT) .I want the resolution as soon as possible otherwise i will take further action .My loan id is [protected] . I want to know my beneficiary amount but customer care is saying their systems are not working since last week. I want to know is it possible.this type of large company"s systems can"t work.They are putting me on call for approx 1 hour after that they are saying senior is busy .He will call you.but they don"t have the information regarding my beneficiary amount.

                      I have taken loan from Home Credit against HP Laptop, with contract number= [protected]. My EMI due date is 5th of every month, but due to some reasons I requested the company to take the EMI for December month from my home, instead of deducting it from my bank account with Union Bank (details with the bank, cancelled cheque too)... Customer care executive told me to request for physical pick before 20 days. which I requested. But later, Home Credit deducted the payment from my bank as well as from my home by sending the executive. When I called and tried to solve the matter with the customer, they told that the payment deducted will be credited to my account soon. Today is 17th, but tha payment was not received, I called the executive again, so he told me that the are sorry, and cannot do anything. When I said now I will not make the further payments, the response was ok, thats your wish, your record will suffer, and its a loss for you. My complaint is that: 1. Process should be followed, due to less amount in bank, i requested for physical pick of EMI, which resulted into this mess. Why proper process was not followed? 2. The response from the executive of the bank, and then he continued to say that its only "Me" who is going to suffer. Common, it happens that bank by mistake deduct the payment twice, but then do provide with the solution. I so disappointed with the bank service and with the customer care feedback.

                                I got a call from the company of the home credit the employee name is vikas he told me that her company is providing loan of rupees20000 and it should be payable in 18 month with the monthly instalment of rupees 1710 . i said i dont want the loan then he told me that if i give amount in 6 months then i have to pay only 3500 extra on the loan amount then i agree with him n he credited 20000 to my bank acount after paying 6 installment of rupees 1710 in each month i ask the company that when i have to pay the full amount then the company said that someone gives u wrong information you have to pay all the 18 installments of rupees 1710 in each month...the company provide me the wrong information and traped me he told me that i have to pay only 3500 extra on 20000 loan in 6 months which is rupees 23500 in total fullfill now thwy are saying that i have to pay all the 18 installments of rupees 1710 in each month which is rupees 30780 total... +

                                  My contract number [protected] and customer ID IS 453568 ...I have bought samsung mobile 13000 .and i paid 3700/- as my down payment in advance. I have taken the loan of Rs.1424/- from Home Credit India .. i have deposited all of, my EMI's on time but still they charge me penalty 399/- on 03.10.2015 and i paid my EMI's by hand to their executive staff .. they deduct 399/- from my bank account .. the person who took my EMI by hand .he told me that have no need to pay any penalty for by hand submission of EMI.. then i called on helpline no. of home credit and i asked them about my deduction then they told me that they didn't deduct any charger from my bank account but according to my AXIS BANK details that my 399/- has been debited by home credit company.

In this regard I may mention here that few days ago two boys visited my house and introduce them as employee of Home Credit and ask me to give them Rs.20000/- otherwise the disturb me by making frequent phone calls I refused to give them money, it seems they are disturbing my daily life by making 20 to 30 calls daily pl. ask the company to stop the harassment and take necessary action against the employees who visited my house.

                                        I, T.K.Banerjee have no concern with the above company, neither I have taken any loan nor I have given any guarantee or concern regarding any loan but their call center making repeated calls, in this regarding I may mention here that some day ago two boys visited my house on motor cycle and ask me to give them Rs.20000/- and they introduce them as working in above company and as i refused to give any money they warn me and told that they will disturb me by making phone calls and now it seems they are disturbing my normal life by making 25 to 30 calls daily.Pl take necessary action in the matter.In the mean time i am taking advice of advocate.
