Dear Team, I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 2 to 5 calls daily. I have also contacted to toll free no [protected] mentioned on web http://homecredit.co.in and mailed to [protected]@homecredit.co.in for stop call me/harassing but story remain same. My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 5 to 10 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different different numbers. However I didn't not taken any loan, I have already requested to your executive that please remove my mobile number from your database but they do not do any thing and warned that you will receive daily call the statement like "Kar lo jo krna hai call toh aaegi" i have recorded this clip on my multimedia phone. Requesting you to please remove my m.no from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help mefrom getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind!

    Daily I get calls More than 10 times from home credit loan department(Computer Calls) I kindly request you to cancel the calls immediately..
    Or else I will cancel all my home credit banking

      When I talked to your customer care person. Who said ki aapko utne hi mahino ka interest pay Krna hoga jitne me ye active rehta he matlab ki agar aap 4 months me ye amount pay kr dete he to baaki ka interest maaf ho jaega...to is hisaab se me ye amount 8 months me clear kr rahi hu..to 8 month ka interest lgakr 1, 20000 x 25.2% = 30, 240 ÷ 12 = 2520 x 8 = 20, 160.
      To poore 8 months ka interest he 20, 160.
      Or mene ab tk total amount of 5 EMI = 28, 030 + 35000 = 63, 030 pay kr diya he.

      Final 1, 40, 160 mujhe pay krne he total interest k sath to 1, 40, 160 - 63, 030 = 77, 130 remaining.
      to extra amount kyu charge ho raha he. Customer care executive inform me to pay 86000 approx more. to close the loan.
      this is so unfair and I want to close this loan in this month by paying the final amount of 77130 rupees. Kindly decrease the payment as I am fair and paid EMI on time.

          i am one of your customer . i regularly paid your emi but some fake collection agent collect amount and not paid in your account i stop paying and then i again start paying but
          due to some financial problem i am unable to paid amount this last 2 month i talk with your collection agent gave mei some days but one of you collection employee whose phone number is [protected] threaten me regularly and say he threaten to my family also if he threaten my family i will go police station and complaint an fir against your company and your collection agent take action against your agent urgently take action otherwise i will commit suicide due to your collection agent threaten

            I have send multiple mail on home care, spoke to customer care & there supervisor no one helped me & giving wrong & fake feedback stating issue is resolved which is not true, they are just meant to threaten customer abused them & when show the recording wiith proof they denied for the same, one of there in house call cemter exe name abhishek abused me on my mom and sister & challenged I wont do anything of his, on basis of this behaviour I have stopped making payment until I dont get a compensation on this I will not pay a single ruppes, I spoke to one of there exe name Ganesh Kumar today he was literally inform me it is the process, to get abused from them are we supposed to pay interest charges, I was lied stating interest charges would be 15 % to my shock when I checked it is 25% home credit is a FRAUD company they just know to threaten & abuse cx, I will put this on consumer forum as well as on social site let people know how fraud you are

              Hi I am Sourav Khare from Dewas Madhya Pradesh, I am complaining regarding getting unwanted calls from home credit company on my father's number [protected] . Even activated dnd on his number but problem is still not solved. He is receiving almost 30+ calls daily. Please solve this problem as it is too frustrating .

                I'm poonam thapa I hv taken consumer loan from ur organization home credit for mobile phone during the lockdown period I hv received a message asking for confirmation if I required moratorium.
                On that message I hv not given confimation or request for moratorium by written or telephone.
                Ur organization has given me moratorium without my confirmation and during that period i hv maintain sufficient amount for emi as I willing to pay the emi.
                Now ur asking for moratorium charges for service which I hv not asked for.
                So kindly remove the moratorium charges from my loan account.

                  Home credit customer care is continuously calling me for loan. when I have no require any loan then why are they calling me continuously for loan. I block lots of number but even then I don't know how's they calling me. I irritate from home credit calling. I'm busy person by my job.

                      I get multiple calls from home credit everyday asking to connect them to some guys " rakesh kumar Bairwa".. ive told them numerous times that i dont know this guy at all and i dont know how they got my number... I AM NEITHER GURANTERER OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT... THIS IS STRAIGHTWAY HARASMENT.. ive asked them to trmove my number from there database but they denied very rudly and said they " we will call u as much as possible and u cant dk anything abut it"... i am not going to tolerate such rudeness no more... i[censored] have some issues with ur customers contact them or visit there places... stop calling ramdom pls get my contact removed asap and harassing ramdom people

                          Hello,
                          I have paid all settelment amount of my loan in home credit before 13 days. Their customer care team told me that company provide me NOC within 10 days from payment date, but they still not provide me NOC. Their customer care now not responding the call and also give unsatisfied answers in mail.
                          Please resolve my query.

                              I had took a loan from your company in 2019 and decided number of EMIs were 39 and all 39 EMIs has been paid now you are telling that number of EMIs are 53, is it a joke for you i have decided to file a complaint against you in consumer court but firstly i am trying if solution is been given here, kindly review the attached loan summary where number of EMIs has been mentioned

                                I receive daily 10-15 calls on my number [protected] regarding credit offer. I do not need the same but still getting the calls.

                                I am fed up with these calls and if they do not stop calling me I will go to court for disturbing mental peace and hampering my daily work life.

                                  I took a loan in Feb of 70k with flat Interest rate of 22.28% p.a. from Home Credit for the period of 24 months in March of 2020.

                                  I paid 1st installment of Rs 4216 in April then i lost my job and i took moratorium for 3 months for (May, June, July)

                                  then i started paying my installments again till my 24 installments are paid.

                                  now they are saying there is Around 15k interest of moratorium Period is remaining you have to pay it.

                                  and when i ask them how this interest is calculated please provide me complete details and calculation in document i will pay it. but they are not providing me complete details regarding this.

                                  Now they started torturing my parents by calling them again again continuously for payment but they are not providing me details.

                                  so what should i do now ??

                                  please Help me regarding this.

                                    I am also receiving automated calls from Home Credit on my number([protected]) for loan. I have blocked several times but I do get calls from different numbers which is totally not good and disturbing. I request you to please STOP calling on my number as I do not wish to collaborate with you.

                                      Hello sir my name is gyanaranjan lenka i took a loan of 60000 rs in 2 years ago. Last month on june 15 2022 i have paid my 24th installment of my loan tenure which was the last payment of my tenure. According to the documents there were 24 installments which i have fully paid. Now still company calling me and demanding 11664 rs in total which is completely wrong.They are saying that i took the 2 months moritorium period so thats why i have to pay this but i already paid all 24 payments as promised in the documents. And they didnot give me any explaination about this 11664 rs which they demanding. This is completely wrong. According to my documents i have paid all the 24 installments and they didnot gave me any information about the 2 months moritorium earlier so thats why i will not support the wrong thing and will not pay more i fullfilled my promise and thats all.

                                        Want to use safe pay for this month ...I have call to customercare .
                                        They said I have taken the request you can call for confirmation after 24 hrs..

                                        Today I call several time all people are there for harassment they don't know to talk ...misbehaving with customer specially one name parwinder...kindly accept my request ... also want to complain for those customers care agent ...
