[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — cash loan settlement | |||||
The home credit company provided me loan of Cash Rs 1, 25, 000/-. There process charge 3750/- debited the Loan amount and balance credit my account of Rs 1, 21, 250/-. My monthly Emi 6998/-*36. I already paid 8 Emi and want to settle to all balance of loan amount. But they are attracted extra 19000/- further charges. Why I pay extra further changes. My loan agreement clearly say to interest charges rate is 33.84% p/a or 2.82% p/m. It is already talking received record to my device. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We wish to inform you below are the steps and procedure to foreclose your Loan. Terms: You need to pay minimum 6 EMI to foreclose your loan. Procedure: You need to call our customer care toll free number before the 15 days of the due date without any delinquent amount on the loan account and activate the foreclose request with them. The foreclose amount will be shared with you over the call which you need to pay within next 48 hours of service activation to foreclose your account with us. Further, we would request to kindly find the enclosed bifurcated Interest certificate for your reference. For any further help, please contact us at the below-mentioned toll-free number or email id. HI I have cleared my phone loan and I have called custumber service to send me the NOC hard copy and soft copy by mail they said will will do within 48 hrs but I dint recive anything dear hime credit plz send me NOC by mail ID,
