I have taken a loan from you guys for 75k..
First of all i am so disappointed and pissed with your services...homecredit sucks big time n ur customer care executives suck all the more. Don't you guys teach your executives how to talk?
Anyways i am writing this mail in regards to my loan payment for which a direct debit has been set up from my Orientel Bank of Commerce on every month of 13th..This month I couldn't pay the loan amount as i was hospitalised and I happened to spend all my savings in the hospital and when contacted by one of your executive i said that i will pay for this month along with next month's payment in October...and the agent said that alright and will mention it in the comments..even after that i have been getting calls from your end like crazy asking for payment...and the agents do not have manners at all as to how to speak with the customers..They keep calling and ask same thing to pay the loan amt...the opening line that your agents uses is "this call has been recorded for quality and training purpose" so dont you guys barge calls?what a pain in ass it is when someone is unwell or busy at work and you guys keep calling...so frustrating..Now lets come to the point that when i applied for loan i had to submit the documents for proof which included a cancelled cheque..i had submitted my salary account cheque of kotak bank which later i got a call from your end that this cheque is not legible as it doesn't have my name on it...So i gave Oriental bank of commerce cheque which had my name on it..Direct debit for every month was taking place from obc account and i had mentioned to cancel any direct debit set up with kotak..which ideally accding to you guys was not a legible cheque..Today i received a mail from kotak saying amount of 5237 has been debited from my KOTAK ACCOUNT. Without my consent how could you people take out money from kotak when i had already said do not take out money from my kotak account and only take it out from obc and ideally i submitted a legible cheque of obc and since i couldnt pay this month then you guys took it out from other account? And when i said that i will pay for 2months together next month..You people are cheaters!!! Everything sucks about Homecredit..i regret taking loan from you people...I want my money back ASAP. I am putting this up on all social websites that homecredit is fake and are cheaters and agents do not have manners as jow to talk to their customers...why say that this call is recorded for training and quality when you dont even barge calls and no action is being taken against those agents...for gods sake teach them manners...and if i dont get my money back then i am going to CONSUMER COURT and will sue you guys...and i am serious about it..herewith i am attaching the screenshot of kotak bank which says you people took out money...i want my money and without my authorisation and consent you people cant take out money..i gave you authorisation to take out money from obc not kotak..If by day end i dont get response from you people and if my money is not credited back in my account on urgent basis then i am dragging you people to the court..

This is what i sent them few days back but no update yet...it is so frustrating n it sucks...also hd got a mobile phone for which noc hasnt been recieved...these ppl are gud for nothing except to cheat ppl...sueing them in court..
