I paid all my dues with interest charges, before paying i discussed same on phone with your customer care and lady on phone said if i paid all charges with interest we will update your cibil as a closed status with nil outstanding but now its shows post (Wo) settled why please confirm why it is not changed am having noc also

Please change status in my cibil as a closed

Home Credit India Finance Customer Care's response Dear Tejvinder,

Thank you for contacting Home Credit.

We wish to inform you that the mentioned loan account was delinquent for more than 1000 days and was in written off status. At present, your loan contract [protected] stands Closed in our records.

We would like to bring to your notice that you have made the payment after high DPD of delinquency. Hence, the status of the contract may reflect as SETTLED OR WRITTEN OFF in your CIBIL report.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that as per the RBI guidelines the status of the contract will be shown as "POST (WO) SETTLED" in case if the pending payment was paid after 360 days. If you have any discrepancy on this concern, kindly revert us back on [protected]@homecredit.co.in with your complete updated CIBIL report in PDF format so that we can check and assist you accordingly.

Please note: Do not fall prey to EMI Moratorium frauds. Home Credit will never ask for your OTP, Net Banking or Mobile Banking password, customer ID, UPI-PIN, etc. for deferring your EMI payments.
