[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — communication gap | |||||
Dear concern, This is to inform you that, i dinesh kumar. I have loan with the contract number [protected] via home credit india (https://www.homecredit.co.in/) with the amount of rs. 72, 000.00 which approved and effective form 15th jun 2016 with emis of 42 months. I have do the payment on time as they provide the date every month of 15th from my end they in 2017 after march 2 or 3 instalments are not done by ecs but by cash i did after taking a time with the penalty as they have policy for penalty but on november 2017 they deduct the payment via ecs and after next day they just terminate the loan before any communication it may by the emial, sms or calls but did not get any thing from their end regarding the termination of loan. I tried to touch with them by the email as well as call on toll free contact number which[protected] but every time they said that we arrange a call for you but never received any call or any revert of my mail which i written to the home credit india team. I have been written first mail to the team on 16th november 2017 but till yet not received any answers from the just get the computer generated email which shows that our team will get back to you shortly or with in 48 or 72 hrs. Kindly find the attached media of few massage form the team end after termination of loan and kind of threaten. Note : 1. The home credit india send the legal notice of the same that you have to paid the amount of the 98664/- which not understandable. 2. I want the proper clarification form the home credit india.
