Extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Home Credit. This company not only uses harassment tactics through continuous calls and pressure on customers and their relatives, but also lacks transparency in loan processing.
They decide loan repayment tenure and EMI amounts on their own without properly explaining the terms to customers. Many people realize later that the repayment months are extended and EMIs become much higher than expected. This feels completely misleading and unfair.
On top of that, recovery agents use rude and aggressive language, repeatedly call family members, and create mental harassment. Such behavior is against RBI recovery guidelines and customer protection norms.
Financial institutions should operate with honesty and professionalism, not by trapping customers in unclear terms and using pressure tactics.
