[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — fake promise and mental stress | |||
Having done multiple follow ups HCIN has taken a decision to degrade my cibil because they have poor staff, poor systems and fake promises. I have been through mental stress because of their emails. Their ombudsman team is less helpful and arrogant enough to challenge me for their mistake. Please look into this as there are almost 20 customer complaints on the Google Play store but no action has been taken by anyone. Please ensure fair business practices should be followed by financial institutions in India as per the regulatory standards. Thank you. Look forward to hear a positive result on the same. My phone oppo/ a3s 3gb cant open.. and if i charge it it just hang and did not work... please check my phone and repair it..
