Rajkot gujarat as a sales associate Me aapki company ka employee tha jab 0% product scheme aayi in samsung as price to price to customer but all delars take 1.5% file charge on product price same is going on my pos as bajaj company executive also doing same thing we are going good but mujhe rajkot hamari office se call aaya ki with risk department mera interview he to me gaya office pe sir ne pucha in welcome call of customer, customer bata rahe he ki mene downpayment jyada liya he homer me alag he aurr customer jyada bol rahe he uss time samsung ka 15990 kaJ7.6 bohat jyada chal rahe the to hamara down 5200 plus delar 1.5% charge which is 240 so customer what tell in call is that 5440 downpayment and emi of 1542*7 not only my delar take but in rajkot all delar take the same thing jub hamne recording kiya risk department ne to mene bata diya ki aisa chal raha he aurr second thi me delar kehra vesa nahi karta but mujhe to mere dsm ne bataya tha iss liye ye chiz chal rahi thi to company recording kiye ke 4 din baad meri aurr pos ki id block kardi isme meri kya gulti ishi issue ke liye mene 3 din pele resine de diya plz team work on this point mere pos ki id block ho jane ke baad sabhi delar rajkot ke file charge lena bandh kardiya varna sab lete the aurr aap rajkot ke 8 me mahine yani august ke samsung ke har ek customer ko call karoge to vo sabhi kahege ke ha file charge liya tha to sirf meri id kyoo bandh ki company ne delar ki id block hui vo sahi he kyoki vo galat tha par mujhe to bataya gaya tha iss liye me kutch nahi bolo plz team check it out this point Was this information helpful? | |||
