My home credit loan account no is [protected]. I hv purchased a mobile phone and its instalment amount is 1573 rupees and my due date is 28 of every month but i hv successfully completed the transaction for this loan at 25 october in morning after that i have a message 'hi there!

But till now there is no update on homecredit and they haven't received instalment.
Please solve it as soon as possible.
