Sir I have made a loan payment of 2180 on 5 july 2018 through paytm. But continuously home credit is calling me for payment. I have told them about the payment receipt. My payment was successful through paytm. I have contacted paytm too about this. They are confirming things from their part. They are effecting cibil record. Kindly look into the matter.
