Greetings of the Day. This is to please be noted I had taken a personal loan from a company named HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED Situated at Registered Office Address THIRD FLOOR, TOWER C DLF INFINITY TOWERS, DLF CYBER CITY PHASE II GURGAON HR IN 122002. My complaint is already pending in your office. I received a call from Ms. Monica Verma Landline No[protected] at around 12.04 Pm today i.e. 10/03/2025. As you can hear in the recordings, a lady named Komal Verma threatens me to pay the loan I have taken from Home Credit, else the company may arrest me as she was calling from Delhi Consumer Court. (Call Recording attached for your ready references). She also shared me a number of one of the Advocate named Ms. Kusum Tomar Mo No [protected] telling me to pay the loan outstanding unless I have to face dire consequences. (Call recording attached for your ready references). It is also to be noted that both calls are fraud calls and these types of calls I previously received also. They both are the employees of the recovery agency of HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED. As per records Landline Number[protected] belongs to a company named "msmehelpline." situated at Indian MSME Helpline Private Limited, 1106, New Delhi House, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi- 110001. The name of the owner of the company is Sh. Mukesh Mohan Gupta and the profile of the company is Recovery of Delayed payments. It is pertinent to mention here that I have strong reason to believe that some officers of RBI are also included in this type of scam adopted by HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED.

Keeping in view of the facts I humbly request Sh. Sanjay Malhotra (Governor, Reserve Bank of India) to get personal intervention in the subject matter and kindly cancel the licence HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED first and then investigate the matter afterwards as this is the sheer violation of Fair Practice Code on priority under intimation to the undersigned

It is also to be noted the Cyber Crime Incident Complaint / Incident Details Acknowledgement Number: [protected] Category of complaint Online Financial Fraud Sub-Category of complaint Fraud Call/Vishing Approximate Date:[protected] HH : 00 MM : 04 PM had also being filed.
