[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Want to close my loan account.. | |||||
Have taken bike loan from this finance company. I took loan from this finance company to purchase TVS Apache 180 rtr. and i have cleared 8 EMI'S like 5175×8 And i requested them to foreclosure they asked me to pay Rs. 33298 to clear the loan and i have paid that full amount through axis bank delhi. but they are not able to close my lone account because accordin to them i've not informed them, whereas i've called on their Customer care no. Within 1 hr. After sumbmiting the amount. Now they are informing me when i called on their customer care no. to know my lone status. as you hv not informed us you have to pay 816 more to close your lone amount.
