[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — worst call centre | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, Extremely sorry that i am forwarding this mail.. I have Purchased One Mobile of Samsung from home credit finance and having EMI of Rs2721 per month but by mistake Dec EMI got bounce and i have paid it by cash in vodafone store but again in jan emi same thing happen and due to my family critical condition it again got bounce and i have not got chance to deposite the money at bank and when call came from customer care department i told him that at maxx by 10th i will deposite but unfortunately i got stucked in hospital due to my wife health issue and my number was switched off due to null battery of my cell phone, i got call on my wife number regarding EMI and person started saying he will issue legal notice against me for the non payment of that single EMI. Sir Please forward me his number first i also want to know from him from which book he has learnt such law. If administration department of india runs under home credit company then i will paid all the balance emi in one shot. And i have taken loan against of my credit history if you people have hired such persons who can collect a single emi by threating a buyer then please forward them my number and also my address given in your record. Sir I want to know that further i should Pay EMI or i Should have to confirm and take your permission or any kind of threating for paying it. Was this information helpful? | |||
