Dear sir,

I have received call from [protected] this number on 14th april-2017. They had given me reference of my flipkart shopping details and they told we select 10 peoples today for gift purpose to advertise our new web site www.homekart.co.in. They told me we have a 4 items for gift (Samsung TV, Laptop, Gold jewellery set 18 carrat from Tanishq, Samsung mobile) i[censored] will do shopping above 3600 on today's date we will provide one selected gift to u.

First time I won't trust on them. Second time for trust they told me whole details of my flipkart shopping order (Which product i have taken, my address etc). Based on that details I think they are genuine and I paid them Rs. 3639/- by my Paytm account to [protected] this number. And after that I have got SMS about my order with order number ODR1556897 & KT100284 from +[protected] this number. On same day after some time I got call from [protected] from this number, they told me we got your order and this call from our gift department please select the gift which u like. After that I told them please send the Jewellery set.

After one day I called them to ask my order dispatch status, they told me it will be delivered in 5 to 7 days. On same day I got another call from them +[protected] from this no. that we have another scheme for that we need to update you profile, and then I told them my general details to them. On same day I have got SMS about my file reference number RN[protected] from +[protected] this number and they told me tomorrow if this number will select in lucky drawn you will win (Polo car / 5-12 lakh cash prize). After this, second / third day I have got call from the same number and they ask me Yesterday’s reference number. I shared that number with them they told me congratulations mam you have won Rs. 5, 20, 000-/ cash from our company. And they told me we are giving you for advertising purpose once you will claim this we will provide air ticket to come Delhi with family in the month of June or July. After this, they asked my account details and told me that give two accounts details, because as per demonetization we will credit amount in one account Rs. 2, 50, 000/- only. The person told his name Rahul. On the same day I have shared both accounts details with them and after some time I have got call from same number he said, I am from accounts department. He again confirmed my both accounts details from me and he demand me processing fees for transfer money Rs.11, 600/- rupees fees for each accounts to credit win amount. After that I have got an doubt and I told them I don't want any amount please deliver my first order which I have paid money.

From 14th-april-2017 they are taking my call but yet they not sent my product or not my gift.

Even now they are receiving the calls and keeping receiver outside. Really I am tired now.

The name which they were mentioning that was Wasim, Mahi, Muskan, Rahul (who is their commercial manager)
Rahul has a personal no. also that is [protected].

I have all details of them with me, their SMS & call recording both.

I have attached the screenshot of the payment details, their phone no. details in true caller, their website details.

Please look into this and treat these peoples immediately.
