Dear sir/Madan i had purchased spice mobile MI506 4 month ago from homeshop18 ahainst invoice no-436403from the intiating mobile had been problem of HANG, consiquently mobile got spoiled two month later, i deposited that into service center Dehradun (Shine technology ) on the date of (18/02/2015) they had told me to get back me within 15 days, but it has been almost 2 month since i deposited, but i did not get my mobile back yet, every one from homeshop18 to Spice customecare are pretending, even Homeshop18' s repersentative not ready to give any response. or to provide any information, so please suggest me what should i do, i fed up at all and it become difficult to tolerate anymore Regards- Satyapal singh [protected] satya.[protected]@gmail.com, Was this information helpful? | |||

2 month later when i found my mobile from service center, that has became worsend and found following fault
1 headphone jack not working properly (one side hearing)
2 on viberation mode making much noise such any internal part has been loose
when i said this thing to service center they had been saying that these fault will not be fix
