Homeshop18 — No refund provided since 45 days after returning the product. | |||
I ordered Collection of Designer Kurtas by Asmitas from HS18 on 14th September 2014. The order number is[protected] and suborder number is 87620319. I ordered these Kurtas online by paying Rs. 2099 . After receiving it I found the Quality is not good. I returned it next day i.e. on 19th Sept 2014 by courier by my own expense. from that day the nightmare begins. Everyday I am calling the homeshop 18 customer care for my refund but still (30 oct 14)I have not received the refund. Whenever I called the customer care, I always got the same response that we have arrange the callback from our backend team and you will get the callback for sure within 48 Hrs. it is more that 45 days and still I have not received the callback not even the refund. I want my refund back ASAP. I also attached POD (proof of Delivery) herewith but still HS18 not providing the refund I have made biggest mistake by ordering the product from Homeshop18. I will never ever again order from HS18 and I advise all not to order from HS18. They are cheaters and they dont want to return your money. I purchased these Kurtas for Rs. 2099 . Also I returned the Kurtas so I lost everything. No one in HS18 who actually cares for customer. I am going to consumer court now such harassment and cheating and mental agony I have suffered. hey pravinfarad.. i m also suffering this kind of same problem. i ordered Micromax-A075 from HS18.com. (5990/-) but i didn't like this phone. i called for refund. i have sent the all things by courier. but no reponse from their side. i called their executive many times but they always says, u will get the call from my side within 24 to 48 hours. but they didn't call me. i m very angry with HS18. they don't care of their customer. HS18 is delivering their product very soon, but delay in refunding. i will also never shop here again. They are cheaters. They never satisfy their customers.

I completely agreed with you. We need to file case against these cheaters in Consumer court to learn them lesson.

No one has been contacted to me as expected. These HS18 team is cheaters and they dont want to return customer money.

Why it is taking so much time to respond? If the response time is so high and how can someone expect the refund early?
I am waiting for the refund since 19th September 2014 and today us 8th November 2014. Still no callback, no update and no refund...its disgusting...you are looting the customer's money earning interest on it...you should refund with interest earned on it till date.
