[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Not getting refund for Dr Morepen Complete Health Check up Combo, | |||
I have ordered Dr Morepen health check combo (order no[protected] on 1st Aug 2014. At the time order executive told me that every item in the combo will be digital. On 4th Aug 2014 when I received the product I found that weight measure machine is not digital. So return this product on 5th Aug 2014 by DTDC courier and it was delivered to your address on 6th Aug 2014 by DTDC Courier. I have also e-mail you the courier slip 6th Aug 2014 (amit.[protected]@genpact.com). I have not received the refund yet for this product and for my courier expense. I have called on customer care many times every time but every time they use to give me new date. But it is totally harassment to customer and it is cheating with customer. I request you to pay immediate attention to this and resolved on priority basis. Kindly find the following detail.
