PURCHASED NEW SAMSUNG LED TV 23 INCH, THE SALES PERSON HAD STATED THAT THERE IS NO NEW STOCK AT PRESENT SO HE PACKED THE TV WHICH WAS ON DISPLAY, BUT WHEN I RETURNED TO HOME AND STARTED THE TV IT WAS SHOWING BLACK & WHITE PICTURE.
