Dear Honda Team
I have experienced absolutely pathetic and rude customer service at Aditya Honda Betul Madhya Pradesh. They don’t know how to talk with customer. I visited Aditya Honda with my family to buy Honda Activa 3G as our 1st vehicle on[protected].
Issue 1: 1st my sister called Aditya Honda to enquire about the availability of vehicle. Person who lifted the phone started joking with her instead of providing information by understanding that she is one his colleague ‘Archana’. How pathetic this is.
Issue 2: When we reached Aditya Honda no customer repetitive came to show vehicle. And remember it was day after Dhanteras no customer was their only we. We requested please help us and after that one representative came. It was feeling like she hated us why we came and disturbed them.
Although we came with mind to buy Active so there was not much to enquire about vehicle as it is one of the best in class.
We selected the colour and model and asked to prepare it for delivery. We deposited all the money in Cash (65, 000 INR).
Till one hour no one was asked about any document neither told about that when the vehicle will be ready.
I asked the customer representative about the status of vehicle and he answered he will check and come back which he didn’t. Same I asked 3-4 employee of Adiyat Honda and everyone answered same. After one and half hour I lost my patience and went to counter where I have deposited all money. He also replied same. When I asked about the document work, he said you should submit bla… bla… documents. Now tell me 1st time I was purchasing a vehicle how I will come to know which document is required. It was there duty to tell me.
Issue 3: And the real drama Started Now
When I have given my Voter ID card as my address proof, they asked to submit the Xerox copy of it. I said you should be having a Xerox machine in your office, they said they don’t have. I said I am new to the city (I am form neighbourhood town) and don’t know the area please send one of your person I will the Xerox amount. They said that it is not possible if you wants to buy you have go we cannot provide such services. Now tell me did I asked him his kidneys that he was talking like this. I approached to a person who seems like manger and requested him same. He also answered same with very rude behaviour. I said that you’re running a big showroom with international brand and you’re not able to provide such a small service to your customer. And the answer given by him shocked my whole family that “I am not able to provide your services you can take your money back and go. He asked his cashier to count the money and give us back.”
What the hell was this dude, I have never seen such behaviour in my life. I have taken my money back and purchased some other vehicle. Are you people not providing any kind of training to your dealers how to talk and handle customer. This was really pathetic, I promise you none of my family member will visit any Honda showroom again. I know, I am very small customer for you and one Honda active doesn’t matter for you. But the kind of behaviour I seen, it really matters for me.
I just want to tell Aditya Honda Betul has shown the Worst and pathetic service. Absolutely unsatisfied!!
