Hi this i karthick, left service of my activa 4g fot service, and at the time there is a scratch and that was marked on job card, it was fine, but on front mudgurad there is no scratch and also not marked onjob card, but on the time of delivery after asking about that scratch they are telling that it was already there and they are poving at their point of management of their service centre, im completely disappointed about it, am not going to service on the company service herrafter and i need a proper action to be taken or warned about doing their service properly

Dear sir ap ki honda bike CB SHINE me kafi problem a rahi h new bike avi mere 3/March/2017 ko li thi koi n koi problam bani rehti h or jb usko sarvashing me do to waha bi wash kr or normal chekup kr de dete h jis problem ko bolo vo dhayn ni dena or jb pucho to bolege ki stap kam h . So plzz ap bat kre or customer ki problem slove kre.
