Honda 2 Wheelers India — Bike not delivery | |||
Dear sir, I am a Honda customer. Today my bike is given to servicing, but they are can't delivery my bike today. they are told me i can’t received call. Sir i send you some photo, i do not received any miss call or call. I am all ready active call waiting service. I think one or two time call me & next time no any contact, no inform me, i know 7.00 pm service center is closed, then i under compulsion call service center & call 6.43 pm but some number is off & some number cant received(only ring & ring).Minimum 20-22 time latter one person received, He directly told me now office closed right now is not possible. so i can understood what’s I am downing now, Because Tomorrow is Sunday it’s not possible & tomorrow is festival its my urgent. directly Monday, it's not fair. When i call if they are told me come as soon as possible, only two min i present service center But who received my call, he directly told me not possible now.you contact Monday after 9 O clock. too many time i request please, but they are no any replay. Santhosh two wheelers vijayawada is not at all attending the customers who pay cash. They are interested in the customers who takes bank loan.they are keeping the customers waiting for 2 hours and more for lunch break and they are doing spare parts business rather than bikes selling. Is it the honda company's policy?
