[Resolved] Honda 2 Wheelers India — delay in giving service | |||||
Hi Team, I never seen such poor customer service in my life, I've raised concern on email as well as via honda portal but it's been more than 25 days and till now i did not get any calls or update on my email id. My bike met with an accident and I claim for insurance and same has been approved from the ICICI on dated 10-Jun-18, however, Honda guys have not repaired my bike till now and giving me vague excuses that bike part is not yet come from Gurgaon, I think the part is coming by the Honda person by walk that's why they are telling me the same thing again and again. My Details Mentioned below and expecting immediate action on same: Name: Chandan Kailash Valmiki RC No: MH43BL3631 Mob No.: [protected] They have committed that post claim you will get the bike in next 7 days and now without my bike, I am traveling from cab and auto every day for office and I need compensation for that as because of them I am spending money as well as my time every day.
