Team Normally when we are booking for a scooter, showroom executives Normally explained detailed budject and everything about the same Even i was happy from our executive explainations And that day itself they said clearly there is some additional fitting Charges you have to pay rs 3500 if you required horn, grill, mat etc etc I agreed and i payed also. Today i got my honda activa 4g. During the time of delivery from showroom i just randomly checked my scooter and i found there is no usb mobile charring point, and i asked about that to executives and there are saying if you paid extra 500 they will fix or else they won't And i asked them again, if there is a some kind of additional payment Then why don't you informed before and why don't you added this on my additional payment which i already payed. Again, they are saying like this is honda policy If you paid extra 500rs they will fix the point or else no Its just matter of 500. I know but i want to know whether usb mobile charring point honda is providing to customer if they payed extra money??? If it is yes then why you are showing as a big thing in your advertisement And in broucher as a special feature???
