It has been one year already but I have not received my Registration Card of my two wheeler vehicle. Tax amounting Rs. 5800 has been deducted via Tsangpool Honda bike dealer but the application is still pending. Kindly help me out with proper information. I need this one solve immediately or I will file FIR against the finance co., Bike dealer and even DTO and RTO.

Updated by S Basumatary It has been almost 2 years since I have not received my two wheeler RC yet. Bike dealer told me that it will be delivered to post office but I enquired the postman and he told that he did not receive any RC in my name. My name is Suresh Basumatary. I bought the two wheeler on 29 June 2019 from Tsangpool Honda dealer, Sarupathar, district-golaghat, state-Assam. Golaghat RTO is the most corrupted and irresponsible transport office. Therefore I demand transport officer to take immediate action or else I will file an FIR against the RTO officials. My vehicle registration no is AS05P0989. I need my RC immediately. Otherwise I will take strict action if police officials give me harassment for not having RC.
