Honda 2 Wheelers India — Irresponsibility of Honda Agency with compulsory services

Jai Hind sir,
I purchased an Activa 6G (DLX) scooty 110 CC of Honda Agency on 26 Oct 2020 with Chasis number ME4JF914KLG208262, Engine No. JF91EG1207731, Gray color from M/S G. P. Motors Pvt. Ltd., Prayagraj (U. P.). I was allotted with Temporary Registration No. UP2020-T/R-3266V on 31 Oct 2020. I had registered at RTO, Sikar(Rajasthan) as I wish to take my home town RTO No. (RJ23) and allotted with registration No. RJ23QS6649 on 18 Dec 2020. I requested telephonically at Dhoot Honda & Thar Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Sikar (Rajasthan) to place an order of my scooty number plate but both agencies denied and suggested that we can't order your number plate as we are not authorised to order number plates other than Rajasthan. Then I contact to GP Honda (Mr. Akash) from where l purchased and he replied that your number plate will be ordered by the agency of Sikar, Rajasthan. Till now GP Honda agency is not giving satisfactory reply regarding my number plate. Till now l am driving my Activa without number plate and without RC that is also a lawful offence. I am totally unsatisfied with Honda services as l called more than 20 times as well as visited 5-6 times at GP Honda but every time they are telling that we will talk with area manager/l will talk to our manager /l will talk to Sikar Honda agency /our manager is going to Banaras in a meeting then he will talk there with area manager etc, so I don't want to be a regular customer of Honda services
In view of the above now l want to deposit back my Activa to GP Honda, Prayagraj and my amount may please be refunded, so l can purchase a new bike from any other responsible agency who can provide better services to me not like GP HONDA.

I registered a complaint on www.honda2wheelersindia.com on 10 March 21 and allotted with complaint no 1-[protected].
But it was closed after two days without any solution and Honda services messaged me tha your complaint has been resolved.
Then I reopened the same on 14 March 21. But till now I have not received any message or solution from Honda and blocked my mail I'd without any reason. Then lastly I telephonically consulted with Honda toll free no on 1st April 21 and he convinced me that your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours but till now I have not received any solution from any Honda agency or GP Honda.
My friend have purchased a scooty from
TVS Vrindavan Motors Allahabad in same channel and registered in Rajasthan but the Vrindavan agency had ordered his number plate within one week then I felt that TVS have a skilled and responsible workers strong team and can provide a better service to the customers. And Honda customers care is not capable to solve my same problem more than one month as well as GP Honda also. Now what is the solution of my complaint.
