Updated by Sanatkumar Honda company gave statement about growth of their company sales and profit constantly from 1999 till dates.. Does company feel that also there is customer role in this growth.., if yes, than does it matter to company about dealers who's response, attitude and service are worst for customers.. Plz follow up soon about my previous complaint about Kaizen

Updated by Sanatkumar Sir, With reference of complaint no. 1-[protected], it's too annoying for me that a company who claims to be top two wheeler company in Indian market is taking plenty of time to resolve my problem and issues.
As previously stated, is company really concerned about customer satisfaction, or so called customer care. I got call from your call center and they claimed to clear issue within 24 hrs, but the problem remains to be continued after 72 hrs.
As reaction from me against company service issues, i will now start publically voice raising about company systems, next reaction will be stated you prior.

I enquiry daily but company not reply,
Is it consumer's value??????
And asking for Pymt again, so I m telling I don't want your vehicle plz give me my money back, then they says this is not possible,
What is this?? Is this 2wheeler company or Berger's (Bhikari) company,
I want justice
