Honda 2 Wheelers India — paid 14000 because of poor service in honda showroom | |||
Hello, I have gave my cb unicorn 150 for service in chennai medavakkam - maansarovar honda show room and they didn’t check any of the complaints i told. They just washed my vehicle and gave to me. After 14 days i again went with lot of complaints and then they checked and changed so many parts and costed 10000 rs from me. Because of this i paid two time from my pocket and the service is also not up to the mark. I am a long time customer of honda and i have a honda cr-v as well. Because of the poor services i am receiving, i am Planning to change from honda as you guys are are always doing a worst service for my vehicles. Please let me know whether the company/service provider will pay me the money which i paid unwantedly, due to their lack of knowledge. Best regards, Mohanrajkumar b. I am k.raghu... Am given my honda shine bike to nearest jsp honda showroom.. But they finished servicing with very negligence, , problems are not resolved and says spare parts high cost, parts are to be changed even good working condition..
