Honda 2 Wheelers India — poor post service | |||
Sir, i purchased honda activa 125 limited edition on 24 oct 2019 at raba krr honda krr thottam, opp. Diamond theatre karuvampalayam, tirupur 641604 Tamil nadu. When i reported for a complaint of vibration of high intensity at the time of move and also while moving after a halt at signals., i was asked to bring the vehicle after deepavali. When i again took the vehicle on 31 oct. I was informed that no mechanics turned up for duty after deepavali. Again i took the vehicle to the dealers workshop, again same reply... This kind of reply is of irritating nature to the customers. When will the fault of my vehicle be attended to? Is there anybody to pay prompt attention. The new vehicle is now at the dealers workshop from 05 nov 2019. If the same worst post service situation prevails, it will not only spoil the reputation and prestige of honda group and also it's honorable leadership. I purchaged activa 5g in april. But there is some issue in body paint or accessery i think showrom provied poor quility of accessery
