Honda 2 Wheelers India — poor service - bikes paint turned off during water service due to their carelessness

On saturday (05-oct-2019) i gave my bike to rockfort honda service center (Your dealer) which is located at this address : no-123, trichy chennai trunk road, near indian oil petrol pump, thiruvanaikoil, srirangam, tiruchirappalli, tamil nadu 620005.
(Saturday cctv footage of 9:10 am will have clear view of bike without any paint damage, they were not ready to provide those - due to their irresponsibility revealing).
They notified the faults in their inquiry paper and mentioned few scratches where in my bike they noted those things also. Later by evening i got a call from that service center that mentioned faults where unavailable finish it off by today itself, so they assure that by monday (07-oct-2019) evening we will deliver the bike. I replied them monday am not available to pick the bike from your service center (As i had some work) could you please do it as a door delivery, they accept it delivered the bike.
But am receiving the bike i noticed paint has been rubbed off from 3 places which looks like major dark spot paint removed (Look at the images attached).
Called the service person who took volunteer, he is telling already they were like that only. Casually i lied. Then i didn't cleared the bill amount, then they gave there manager number to speak with him.
I attached the snaps of paint damages they madon bike to him (Service manager) through whatsapp.
Service manager (Suresh) attended the call and responded that you clear the bill amount as we are leave on tuesday (08-oct-2019) you just bring your bike on wednesday (09-oct-2019) we will take necessary action for it.
So manager spoke genuinely, i trusted him and cleared the bill, sent those delivery persons.
On wednesday morning am making an whatsapp message as well as sms, that may i get your available time so it might help me soon to finish of this issue. But the manager didn't responded back itself.
Morning i went to their service center, that respective service person welcomed me showing that fault inquiry notified paper with extra written words as "p/d". And explaining this as "p/d" denotes to paint damage. Which is not written earlier and modified their paper as per the issue and explaining it was already there.
During water wash they supplied high pressurized water to clean my bike due to that paint is ruined from most of my bike body areas. They never accepting to it. I called the manager (On phone, he is not in service center), he responded that paper telling paint damage was already there, why our technicians going to do grinding in your bike. I explained him lot, he denied to accept it. And started speaking that u did repainting and came to us and blaming us.
Why the technicians cant even know how much pressure we should use for water service, my bike paints got ruined off.
Then i requested to check your cctv footage, when am leaving the bike on saturday to repair it (Actually there was a cctv camera where i parked and mentioned the faults in my bike - am confident there is no paint damages in my bike).
One hour happened no response from manager, then again called him to inquire about had checked the footage. He is replying that its zoomable to view it. But i noticed that after service you are riding the vehicle out. (Notable thing - they did door delivery, then how come i able ride the bike from theirs service place). I came to know that this manager not mode help the consumer. He was not in service center then how he could able check the cctv footage?
Manager is replying that your vehicle is not fit for the high pressurized water service mean what we used to do? And finally he accept it paint was ruined off from the bike during water service.

I need a solution for it?

If the paint is not capable to withstand, then honda is using low-quality for bikes?
Or
Unknownly they missused the water service with high pressure?
