Honda 2 Wheelers India — poor service response | |||
Hi I am vivek vilas ghatwal, stay's in dombivali (Maharshtra), i have stunner pgm-fi two wheeler bike. I owned this car since 25.09.2009. I am happy with my bike but i am totally disappointed with the services provided by vj honda service centre. I had given my for servicing on 07.11.2017 but till now i had not received any updates. I had called at vj honda service centre but they told me bike is not ready so i asked them what is a issue then they kept me hold for couple of minutes and then they ended the call without any updates. After that i tried same number 5 - 6 times but no response. This is the response getting to honda's loyal customer. I am totally unhappy due to such pathetic response. Addition to this i would like to share that last time i had done servicing on 22.08.2017 and as per my experience they had not done any servicing except chain oiling & cleaning. Dombivali's vj honda 2 wheeler service centre is not a proper service provider, they are just increasing their revenue by loading 100 bikes per day but quality wise rating 0.
