Honda 2 Wheelers India — Replace of defunct battery | |||
i had purchased a "honda activa 5g" scooter from your "om honda"showroom on 03.11.2019. For the first four months it was moving smoothly without giving any trouble. But after 2nd service it showed a self start problem. After contacting your service centre at parlakhemundi, the mechanic said it was due to battery problems. Hence, he kept my scooter 4-5 hrs for charging the battery and returned it in good condition as before. Again the later part of april same problem arises and again i visited your service centre situated at parlakhemundi. Your mechanics repeated the same it was due to battery problems. But this time it has to replace the battery with a newer one. But due to covid - 19 this is not possible as rhere was no transportation facility available. Last time i visited your service centre at parlakhemundiyesterday to replace that defunct battery. First your staffs told me to register a complaint on [protected] and accordingly i registered a complaint by calling on that mobile. Then your mechanic named ashok (At service centre) told me to go to the exide battery service centre and change the defunct battery myself.
