Honda 2 Wheelers India — Service centre negligence

I issued a jump card at 9 and was said the servicing will be done and i would recieve my bike back at 12 and after sitting in the waiting room for 4 hrs its 2 and my bike's servicing has not yet started,
I am disappointed on how people represinting good companies like honda are handiling coustomers at the site level and no one is doing anything about it.
