Honda 2 Wheelers India — Unethical behaviour | |||
Date of Incident- 21.04.2021 Client No. [protected] on quotation given to us they have charged amount of Rs. 5833/- but the invoice for the same by ICICI Lombard Policy the premium amount is 5112/- so I asked to the concerned salesgirl Ms. Monika to reimburse me the difference amount as I have already paid whole amount in cash as per quotation but instead of listening or reimbursing the amount she said that she will give other insurance policy with the amount as 5833/- which is purely unjustify and ridiculous. As if customer has paid extra payment that as per commercial behaviour is should be refund to the customer and giving other invoice with increased amount is of no sense. Customer paid on goodwill of company but such salesperson are really unexpected at such reputed showrooms. Was this information helpful? | |||
