Honda 2 Wheelers India — Vehicle sold has manufacturing defects | |||||
I purchased my bike (Shine sp) at 30th march 2017. Sangam ajency ghaziabad (Dealer code up34000). They dispatched me bike with check engine oil. After 5 km ride my engine got stuck and heated. I checked there was hardly half letter engine oil in my new bike's engine. When i get back to dealership than they told me to come later and refused my request. So i did refill me engine by private vendor. I belong to hapur (Jkm leela honda hapur) at present my bike at there. So i contacted to local honda service center, he told me fix issues in bike they will charge me. So my question is why should i pay for sagam auto's fault. My mistake is i purchased bike from honda. Very much frustrated and disappointed with honda regional office, sangamauto ghaziabad and jkm leela honda hapur. Was this information helpful? | |||||
