Honda 2 Wheelers India — Warranty claim related | |||
I have bought Activa 125 BS-IV model from Jeevan Honda showroom in Madurai on 30.10.2019. I felt problem with the starting of the vehicle and given for service in Jeevan Honda service center, Pallanganatham, Madurai-3 on 9.07.2021. The technician reported that the problem with BATTERY (12V 5ah Exide) and ensured that with in 5 days i will get the Warranty claim. They advised to drive my vehicle without battery up to the new battery arrives. Some how they started the vehicle by the kicker on 10.07.21. Once i reached my home, the vehicle not starting up. I am unable to use my vehicle due to the vehicle NOT STARTING up (as on 28.07.2021). Still i am not getting the battery replaced. Expecting to give advice to resolve this issue.
