2018 Honda City with Bridgestone Ecopia tires are having a lot of issues. The car was purchased on August 30, 2018. It have only 5k+ kms on it when the front passenger side tyre burst from inside wall and car got out of balance and was about to went into the side ditch. My whole family along with my 2 years old granddaughter was with me. After I described this to Lally Motors, Jalandhar (Prestige Honda), they told us that they will replace the tyre and also informed that the vendor of the tyre had been changed due to bad reviews and so many complaints about this specific tyre. So I requested them to replace all the tyres but they just changed one tyre which got burst (Instead of Bridgestone they put in Goodyear). So as per the quality issue I want to get all my tires to be changed so that I do not have to face similar kind of phase again. You are requested to instruct your M/S Lally Motors Jalandhar for replacement of all the remaining four tyres for the smooth running of my 2018 Honda City Car.

The problem which i told them were not solved, and they are not responding if i have called them that i will come... They are saying we are running campain sooo it takes time... Not at all satisfied.

I have sent my car honda city GJ27CF0540 for the third free service.I’m Not satisfied with service at all..Car washing was just pathetic...Got my car back in such a condition as i sent for the service.
