Honda Cars India Ltd — poor quality of service as well product

Sir, I have purchased the new honda amaze car for with i took delivery on 09/02/2015, with chasis no.- MAKDF25HCF4100640 from Rushabh Honda Nashik. But within 10 days of delivery while driving car one of the tyre got busted but as per my knowledge and experience tyre can be puncture but cant be got busted at least new one. As well when my tyre got busted i immediately changed that one with with reserved stepney but while changing that i came to know that air in it was very low which is not accepted at all. As result of that within a run of a kilometer that also got punctured. Regarding this I lodge a complaint with dealer and have already sent my new car back to showroom for requesting for changing tyres. But as I have submitted my car on 21st April and today is 28th april still there is no any prompt action taken. So my compaint is 1) How a new tyre can be busted so easily that means quality is very poor for accessories. 2)Why no proper level of air was maintained in stepney and who is responsible for that? 3) Why such long time is required to resolve the issue? 4) Even a new customer is facing such problem that really put question for your quality of service and product also. So just clear me a think that whether tyres are going to be replaced or not. Whatever is your decision please tell me as i am really frustrated as there is no use of new car for me but parked at service station.
