[Resolved] Supertech Eco Village - Ii — CANCELLATION OF FLAT | |||
Dear Sir, This complaint is being written with heartfull of sorrow and disappointment by the wrong doing of greedy Developers who used to cheat its buyers without any mercy at all. We have have booked a 795 Sq. ft. Flat in Eco Village with the Supertech and have already paid 20% of instalments on CLP Plan without any failure. Since the land problem starts in Noida Extension, we were having sleepless nights untill now and we fought really hard to get our dream homes real by standing with the Builders till date. Now, after getting the master plan approved, they are taking a U-turn by cancelling the flats of the existing buyers for silly and flimsy reasons which cannot be acceptable by any means. Thay are saying the reason for cancellation of our flat is because of non payment of surcharge of ten thousand rupees and we never got any demand letter or intimation from the Builder regarding surcharge. The reason for cancellation of nonpayment of surcharge is totally baseless and only shows the greediness and untrustworthyness of the builder. We wont let this happen and we will fight with all our strength and are ready to go upto any extreme to achieve our dream homes for which we are waiting for the last 3 years after putting all our investments and savings. This is a matter o[censored]nity of buyers and I request all of you to fight against the builder for this type of wrongdoings with us. Please contact each other and unite and fight untill they withdraw such cancellation letters and not to harass its existing buyers anymore. Please join our group by sharing mobile numbers and contacting each other to resolve this issue at the earliest. We wont let the builers sell any of their flats or never let them start construction work until our demands are accepted and withdraw the cancellation letters issued to us on silly reasons. ACCEPTANCE LETTER FOR ALTERNATE UNIT
I GOT BOOKED A FLAT IN ECOVILLAGE II, DUE TO SUPREME COURT VERDICT ON SHAHBERI VILLAGE, PART OF THE PROJECT CANCELLED AND MY FLAT WAS FALLING IN THAT AREA. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ALLOTED ALTERNATE FLAT. BUT I DID NOT GET ANY OFFER LETTER OR COMMUNICATION FROM SUPERTECH. ON SEEING ADS OF THIS PROJECT IN NEWS PAPERS I FELT THAT SUPERTECH FIRST SEND OFFER LETTER THEN SELL IN OPEN MARKET. I CONTACTED THEM ON 02.11.2012, I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR FROM MR SODHI OF SUPERTECH THAT THEY DID NOT SEND ANY OFFER LETTER TO INVESTORS. THEY INFORMED ABOUT OFFER LETTER THRU THIER WEBSITE.
I WAS NOT AWARE ABOUT THIS AS THEY DID NOT INFORM ME BY ANY MEANS OF COMMUNICATION TO SUBMIT ACCEPTANCE LETTER FOR ALTERNATE FLAT. I DO NOT KNOW HOW SUPERTECH GOT IMPRESSION THAT EACH ANY EVERY INVESTOR VISIT THEIR WEBSITE. THEY SEND DEMAND LETTER TO INVESTOR'S ADDRESS, REMINDERS FOR PAYMENT AND RECEIPT ETC. WHY DID NOT SEND OFFER LETTER TO THE INVESTORS TO THEIR HOME ADDRESS.
THIS IS A CASE OF CLEAR CUT CHEATING AS NOW RATES HAVE INCREASED AND THEY WANT TO CANCEL OLD BOOKINGS BY ASSIGNING ANY ILLOGILCAL AND ILLEGAL REASON WHICH WERE BOOKED AT CHEACH RATES AND WANT TO SELL AT NEW RATES WHICH IS HIGHER
NOW THEY ARE ASKING TO APPLY FOR REFUND. ANYBODY WHO HAS SAME TYPE OF COMPLAINT SHOULD RAISE A VOICE FOR JUSTIFICATION AND MUST UNITE FOR PROPER ACTION FOR ALLOTMENT AN ALTERNATE UNIT.
