Sir, I have been opened my account on your online HP Consumer Portal. But at that time mistakenly I uploaded my wrong email i. e. [protected]@gmail.com instead of my correct email ID i. e. [protected]@gmail.com. Due to above said my mistake I am unable to log in to the consumer portal. Dear sir in my printer display is not shows and black ink, paper, WiFi, e print indicate lights are in on position and scanner is not starting, please help.
