Reg:hp 15-r005tx/r032tx blk 38cm (185367) Purchase from croma, prabhadevi dated 29/11/2014 Serial no:cnd4350378 Invoice no:slf02a[protected] — Date:24/08/2016 Dear sir, I have purchased above laptop and i am totally disappointed with your above defective laptop, only in one and half years, your laptop giving problem in power supply in motherboard as per my technician observation and even i have complaint at croma, prabhadevi their technician also given same opinion. it is out of warranty but i have never accepted this kind of motherboard defect only in one and half years, company like hp that i have to spend extra for motherboard so take necessary action and repaired and fix motherboard without any charges otherwise i have to go consumer protection forum.
